Olimme sesongin ensimmäiset asiakkaat. Osalla henkilökunnasta hyvä englanninkielen taito ja lopuilla runsaasti palvelualttiutta. kaikki asiat hoituivat heti. Seudulla ei ole uimarantoja, mutta hotellilla iso uima-allas. Alakerrassa pieni itsepalvelukahvio missä hyvä kahvikone. Huoneen keittonurkkauksessa kaksilevyinen sähköinen keittotaso. Astioita ja keittiövälineitä hotellin olisi syytä uusia (nyt oli mm. MUOVISET viinipikarit). Olimme tosin kauden ensimmäiset asiakkaat, joten ehkä tilanne on jo korjattu. Hotelli sopi meidän tarkoitukseemme erinomaisesti. Sijainti on mitä mainioin liikkumiseen eri puolille pohjois-italiaa. Maisemia lienee turha erikseen kehua. Upeaa on! Ei bilettäjille. Me kulttuurin ja luonnon ystävät kyllä viihdyimme.

We stayed here for one night during our honeymoon. The room was very large, like a small apartment with a separate living/dining area and bedroom. It included a kitchen too. Very nice and clean. It was quiet and not a lot of people here, probably because it was end of the season. The pool was already closed unfortunately and would have liked it to be a little more lively but overall a nice hotel we would stay there again.

Passei bons momentos em Residence Alexandra, o pato era muito confortável e limpo. As fotos do site refletem a realidade do hotel. A recepção do hotel foram muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Recomendo esse hotel para quem quiser conhecer esse lugar maravilho da itália que é Sirmione.

We were up grade to an apartment on the 3rd floor it was absolutely fabulous a finished balcony with views of both sides of lake Garda.The apartment was extremely well equipped,we booked an extra night because it was so nice and comfortable. It is situated in the middle of the old town and the new town ,roughly a 20min walk.We thank the owners to do much for making our stay so enjoyable.We hope to return .

Schönes Apartment, wohnzimmer mit Kochnische und ein Schlafzmmer. Großer Balkon mit Sitzmöglichkeit. Leider mangelte es an Sauberkeit, insbesondere bei Zimmerboden, Badezimmer und Balkon. Bett war in Ordnung. Geschirr nur spärlich vorhanden, einen Wasserkocher haben wir nach Anfrage bekommen. Sehr gute Lage in Sirmione. In 25 Minuen erreicht man zu Fuß das historische Zentrum in eine Richtung, und in 20 Minuten Supermarkt und Bäckerei in die andere Richtung. Tiefgarage und ein schöner Pool. Strand nichts besonderes.

Отличная резиденция!Бронировали на 3 дня и еще на 2 дня продлили на месте. Расположен хорошо. Пешком можно добраться и до старого города и до магазина - прогулочным шагом минут 25. На кухне все необходимое есть. Балкон у нас был огромный и удобный. Можно вечером ужинать в приятной обстановке. Отличная хозяйка и внимательный персонал. Вай фай работает хорошо и в номере. Есть свой пляж (малюсенький, но свой :)). Не хватает велосипедов. Было бы здорово, если бы они были (пусть даже в прокат). Понравилось то, что есть бар с самообслуживанием, который работает круглосуточно и на полном доверии (чай,кофе,вино, хлеб и т.п.). Из-за этого складывается ощущение, что ты как у себя дома. Номера просторные и симпатичные. Однозначно рекомендую и если вернемся на Гарду обязательно там остановимся при тех же финансовых условиях (соотношение цена/качество хорошее).

Although we had a very pleasant stay and it couldn't have been better located the road was very very noisy and after 5 nights I really needed some sleep. The hotel was very boutique style but not luxurious. There were no curtains or shutters on the windows which made sleeping in the fold out bed near impossible with noise and light streaming through the windows
