Das Essen. Leider hat man nicht geschmeckt, dass man sich in den Tiroler Alpen befand. Die Spinatknödel so hart, dass man sie kaum mit der Gabel anstechen konnte. Auch sonst alles andere als Soulfood; sehr schade.

O hotel é muito lindo, a decoração da recepção, áreas comuns, bar e restaurantes são muito lindas. Café da manhã excelente. Quarto com cama muito boa. Seguramente o ponto alto desse hotel é o spa, em especial as piscinas aquecidas, sauna com vista para os Alpes, jacuzzi ao ar livre….uma super experiência .

Não gostei do box do chuveiro, extremamente pequeno. O quarto não é tão funcional , mas nada que comprometa a qualidade da sua estadia. O hotel parece ser uma junção um de várias casas/prédios o que dificulta

Great staff especially Laura Wonderful spa area. First class cuisine that was exceptional .

Our room was in need of an update but the East and West wings had newer upgraded rooms. Although our room was older ot was full of charm and warmth.

Great Hotel Team. Property is showing its age, nice feel to the whole environment.

We were super excited to try the Hotel Alpin Sacher based on the reputation of their Vienna property. Sadly, we were disappointed on many levels. Save your money and go to a friendlier and better serviced 4-star in the area. Reasons? The Good: Very good spa services. Friendly and competent. Spa area good, although the textile-free zone could be larger. Nice heated outdoor lap pool. Very good evening bartender … older guy who was very nice. The Bad: Dinner service was spotty. And, we were never told that there was an ala carte menu from which to order. We only noticed it on our last night when our neighboring table was eating steak and special desserts. Bar prices insane – 21 Euros for one gin and tonic. The Ugly: Tried getting lunch at the bar where a surly young bartender informed us that we could not be served in bathrobes and we would have to call room service (despite the fact that the entire bar area was vacant AND properties like Stanglwirt and Birkenhof have no problem providing lunch to guests so attired). Tried calling room service for 20 minutes. No one picked up the telephone. After walking in our bath robes to the front desk, we were escorted to the bar to order. There, the same surly young bartender seemed recalcitrant to even take our order. Then, when it did come, there was no tray or cart … it was brought up separate dishes and glasses and bottles and set all over the room. Overall, no one appeared welcoming or happy to be where they were (again, a marked difference to a property like Stanglwirt). Sad, because the location is nice.

Beautiful property in a stunning setting. The staff were truly exceptional — so friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, which made a big difference. The facilities were fantastic, especially the bar, restaurant and spa, which were all gorgeous and very well maintained. Everything about the property felt luxurious and relaxing. We also found the alcoholic drinks to be very reasonably priced, which was a pleasant surprise for a hotel of this standard.

Overall we had a wonderful stay, but there were a few small things that stopped it from feeling quite perfect. The food was enjoyable, but we expected to be a little more “wowed” given the Michelin star reputation. At times it felt slightly style over substance, and some flavour combinations didn’t quite work for us. Everything also seemed to be garnished with chives. We were also surprised that water was charged at €9 for 0.5L, which felt a little excessive. In addition, the room became very warm even with the heating turned off — it wasn’t a big issue during our stay as we could open the door mostly when neighbours weren't smoking, but it might be more challenging in summer. These were all fairly minor points though, and they didn’t take away from what was overall a lovely stay.
