We had arrived with a21st party going on at 5! It continued until 1am keeping us awake! Then a fight broke out and police arrived! An absolute nightmare! And too top it off at 8am we tried to pay and no one, not one member of staff was available, if they were even there at all ! We waited until 10am and still no one was there, so we left the key on the office door handle and went! The worst hotel experience of our life! We have now received an email saying we were a no show which is absolutely rubbish! Never going back! Will happily pay a a reduced price for the stay ! Our review of the hotel and booking dot com will reflect our experience!
