"Great hotel close to bars and restaurants"

The hotel is walking distance to train station . We arrived and were greeted warmly upon arrival and the room was very spacious . The breakfast was lovely where you are able to order French toast , eggs etc . We had some drinks outside as the weather was nice and again these were lovely . There is champagne also which is a nice touch . All staff were very nice and are super relaxed and friendly but special mention to Luke who was lovely and got our coffee machine in room set up for us and was such a nice guy.

el desayuno.

cobrar por el alquiler de bicis en un hotel de 5 estrellas... No tener la habitación lista a las 15:00h cuando llegamos. Al día siguiente a las 14:00h todavia no tenian la habitacion limpia. El primer día el recepcionista que nos atendio cuando le preguntamos por la ciudad nos dijo que habia cambiado mucho y que habia empeorado (eso no se deberia de decir a una pareja que viene a visitar la ciudad). Al irnos nos quisieron cobrar por el desayuno de un dia que no utilizamos. Se puede tratar de un error, pero no pidieron ni disculpas. En general, bien, pero se parece más a un hotel de 4 estrellas que de 5.
