Nice decor in room with included simple toast, cereal, tea and coffee breakfast, a nice touch. Big size room, parking available though limited.

Location was slightly out of the way, tram station about 10 mins walk away. There is no reception and unable to enter the place until designated check in open time, some brewing uncertainty during arrival.

Room was very good size, even had a small sofa in ours, Close to we here we needed to go & could come and go as we pleases without being disturbed. Clean and tidy.

It was freezing cold when we arrived as the heating didn’t come on till 5 o’clock and by the time we had got back from watching the football in the evening we had to get the 2 big blankets out to keep warm whilst in bed. But that was all
