The host welcome and WiFi good

Top floor room felt like I was in the attic, very cramped advised that that’s because cheaper rooms up there! Very very dated and tired looking - tiny towel and poor quality bed not very comfortable. Car Park tiny and saw two cars get scraped leaving and entering - very narrow alley to back car park - not great!

The room was nice and the location was fine and included off street parking

There was no hot water in the bathroom. The shower was cold and there was no hot water in the hand basin and I could find no member of staff to inform them or to try to get it rectified.
