Perugia Farmhouse

I give one star to this place for the location, I liked its outside of the city in the nature. I give one star for the breakfast and nice lady who served it. I give one more star for the flexible check in/out. I give one star to the owner who realized her mistakes and apologized.

I don’t give a star for cleaning because there was dust. I don’t give a star for communication because my massages didn’t get reply neither in the chat or WhatsApp (I sent arrival time and waited for confirmation and asked to change the room). I don’t give a star for comfort because the ladder to second level of the bed was broken and noone repaired it before our arrival. I don’t give a star for match between photos and reality because they didn’t upload any photos of the room (on purpose?) the only photo we saw wasn’t related to our room at all. I don’t give a star for safety because they put us to the room with sick person so we were in risk to get sick too in the beginning of our trip (for some reason no one warned us before arrival, we would book another place). I don’t give a star for quality/price ratio because we paid 75 euro for this night and for this amount of money people usually have much more comfort.

There's no carpet in the bathroom that is shared among 10 people (2 dormitories) so it's all the time wet (the shower is not properly closed). It could be appreciated to have one. The kitchen could be more furnished. Some rooms can also cook in the space whereas there is only one burner. There's no oven and no microwave either. Most of all, if you don't have a car, the bus passing by is not running on Sundays, nor on public holidays. However, you can bike around

Beautiful location. Pleasant staff. Good size rooms. Nice shower. Reasonably good wifi.

No rug or carpet on the hard tiled floor makes morning stretches/yoga not easy! In the climate emergency era, it was disappointing that soap/shampoo was offered in small plastic sachets. There are plenty of better alternatives.

Nice farmhouse in the countryside outside Perugia. Our apartment was cosy and comfortable for a family of 4. Nice swimming pool and superb breakfast. Staff really helpful!!! 15 mins by car to Perugia centre. It is ideally to have a car to reach the farmhouse.

Nothing

The property is not far from the chaos of the city, but perfectly hidden from it all. It is really great to be able to scape the busy roads without travelling far within Perugia. The hosts were gracious and present when needed. The breakfast was very pleasant and the property itself is cozy and characteristic Italian rural architecture. It appears to have been remodelled (at least the areas we visited). Overall it was a great stay, and we would definitely go back.

What could have been better? The pool appeared somewhat unclean around the edges, and the surrounding landscape looked dry and less maintained. However, this is likely due to the exceptionally hot temperatures this summer, which could have made upkeep more challenging. Still this is not a negative point but something that if addressed would level up the experience.

The location was fantastic.Laura and Manuele were very friendly and helpful.The room was clean and comfortable with a well functioning aircon. The breakfast was perfect with a good selection and great coffee

There were irresponsible guests who left their dog alone in an adjacent room.The dog barked until 11:30pm until the owners returned.For hygiene reasons aswell,dogs should not be allowed in bedrooms!!!!!! The pool did not seem clean enough to put your head under water
