GBRoom was very nice and the pool whilst cold was nice, staff were as helpful as they could be. The area that really let the hotel down was the food, despite booking breakfast the night before they didn't have enough croissants etc for us (€18 per head) and all the lunch / dinner options were frozen jars of premade pasta and they didn't even have all of the ones on the menu, which made it a nightmare with kids. If it was much cheaper I'd care less, but for the money paid I'd expect to be able to eat something fresh / at least have the choice on the menu - meant we had to go out for each meal 😢
NLThe rooms were large. We had a room looking over the vineyards with a nice terrace. Breakfast was excellent.
We first got a “garden” view room. This room has a bicycle parking view! We complained and quickly got the other great room. Don’t offer these rooms as garden view for these prices.

FRVery good hotel. A nice breakfast Room was clean and comfortable. Near the shore. And a nice swimming pool. Thanks for the kindness of the staff for the breakfast... making it one of the best experience ever !
Walls are thin. If you have noisy neighbors... you'll know it ! No air conditioner. But the hotel has an ecological friendly politic. So it's a choice. The fact that the room with 2 one person beds (for kids) is on a mezzanin which was not clearly mentioned on booking for the loft. At least when you look at the pictures you can figure it out.... but it's not clearly featured. A 20€ fee for the cot which was not mentioned on booking (but is mentioned on the hotel's website)
The hotel is brand new and very clean but it's hard to recognize it as a 4 star hotel. The swimming pool is quite small, and above all every extra (as parking, breakfast, coffe, bikes ) has to be payed quite expensive. The very positive note is the service, Stesy and the other reception girls have been exceptional. Extremely kind, helpful and with a great sense of problem solving. Thank you so much!
