Perfect spot to chill not far from the city. Everything was perfectly clean, charming and relaxing

Wie im Paradies, einfach traumhaft, wenn man die Abgeschiedenheit und Ruhe(das Meer rauscht)mag, das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns unglaublich wohl, freuten uns immer wieder nach Ausflügen zurückzukehren. Leider sind die Matratzen für meinen Körper nicht gemacht. Sehr einfach. Die Federn der Matratze sind deutlich spürbar, ich legte mir eine Wolldecke darunter. Es gibt natürlich einige Krabbeltiere. Die Küchenausstattung ist einfach, aber brauchbar. Das Frühstück mit frischen Säften, Eiern in jeder Form, frische Brötchen, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Obst usw. schmeckte uns jeden Morgen aufs Neue. Der Kaffee ist Geschmackssache. Es gibt Cornflakes mit frischem Joghurt, Haferflocken wären sehr schön gewesen.Die Fahrt mit der Gondel war immer wieder ein schönes Erlebnis, besonderes freuten wir uns immer den älteren Angestellten an der Gondel zu treffen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen und ich würde mich auf eine bessere Matratze freuen.

It is a very special location, accessible only with a cable car down the cliff, the accommodation lying within an organic farm on a small strip of land between the ocean and the high cliff. Quite extraordinary! Banana and papaya trees, butterflies, a very special pleasant atmosphere

There is always a trade off 😊, the location makes having dinner in a restaurant near by a bit more tricky. Diner can be ordered on site (delicious!) but before 5 pm. It is a very small disadvantage compared to being in such a special place!

Amazing location. The view from the teleférico was impressive. Helpful staff. It was a very nice place to relax. Enjoyed the proximity to the surf.

We had to put chairs against the refrigerator door to keep it closed. There appeared to be a light and fan over the cook top, but we could find no way to turn them on. Restaurant hours were inconvenient.

Great place, really an island within the island. Beautiful houses, breathtaking surroundings, friendly staff. Something special.

The setting in the midst of the fruit plantation right on the beach was nice. We saw many different fruit trees and watched sunset from a private terasse. The cable car operator was super nice, smiling at us every time he saw us and even gave us a chocolate once. 😊

I hardly ever give negative reviews but I think people should know what to expect, I didnt. The houses are very old, we had bugs inside (even though there are nets in the windows) and pieces of something, probably clay or wood were falling from our ceiling all day long. So when we came home after the whole day, there was a bunch of the stuff fallen down right on my pillow. Which means it was falling down on my head at night. When you left sth on the table, it was covered in the clay soon. The cleaning lady was coming every day so she must have seen it. They are trying to keep it clean, the facilities are not dirty, just very old and not maintained. The staff (except of the cable car operator) could not care less about you. We tried to complain about the breakfast and tell them about the ceiling but they were either not there to be found or didnt care the slighest, didnt even ask what we dont like about the breakfast. But maybe the biggest disappointment was the breakfast and the restaurant itself. The listing promises local produce, fruits and vegetables but all we ever saw from that was a banana for breakfast. No vegetables at all and the rest of the breakfast were very basic store bought items. On top of it, while the breakfast was supposed to start at 9am which is already sort of late, multiple days in a row it happened that at 9 the staff only arrived and the actual breakfast started at 9,30. The restaurant also stops cooking at 5pm which is not only unreasonably early for dinner but the staff is quite rude about it. In general, the atmosphere was not very amicable, ie staff shouting at each other, rushing us to order things, etc. There are no dedicated parking spots for the hotel guests so when we arrived earlier, we had to park on the side of the road, far in the end of the line of cars of visitors. To conclude, it felt like they primarily cared about the daily visitors, not the house guests.

Idyllic location with nice restaurant. Would not have worked so well if we had wanted to go out at night owing the cable car. Staff great and worked hard to get the hot water working when we had a problem

Such a wonderful experience to stay here. You really felt like you were out of the way and in such a relaxed space. The sound of the waves on the beach were a perfect tonic.

There could have been a few more facilities in the kitchen, ie coffee and tea bags, milk etc. Maybe a fan in the bedroom and the drainage in the shower wasn’t good.

The nature setting was very beautiful. That’s the major plus point.

The two guys from the reception and from the beach were very unfriendly and very rude at times. Beach is not semi-private, full of people coming by boat, extremely loud, crowded. The kitchen in our room lacked basic equipment for cooking, the fridge was broken inside. Curfew in the evening was very frustrating because it wasn’t really possible to go for a relaxed dinner and come and go when needed. Having cockroaches everywhere in the house was horrible.

Spectacular place with amazing sunsets, very frienųdly staff.
