Locanda Garzola

We had a beautiful lakefront room overlooking Lake Como. Breathtaking views, a lovely B & B with an amazing host Michel. He was very attentive showing us the room and asking if everything was fine. He was always on site to meet our needs and was readily accessible. We ate dinner at the restaurant several times. It was great fresh food with lots of choice. My son had lake trout prepared simply and delicious. Breakfast was plentiful with fresh salami, proscuitto, sliced cheese, eggs, amazing croissants and much more. The cappucino's were excellent. We had a great stay here and highly recommend it with breathtaking views of Lake Como. We took the local ferry to Bellagio and Varenna and enjoyed every moment. We look forward to returning again.

Excellent hotel, staff and location. Having visited a number of places around Lake Como during our stay, we heartily agreed that this was the best place to experience it all. Highly recommended!

Lovely b&b with spectacular views over Lake Como. Michel was very helpful with ferry information, where to park for free, things to see and do.

We spent two nights and everything was perfect. Our bedroom had a view on Lake Como and the surrounding mountains. The owner Michel was very helpful , answering all our questions and giving us ideas to what we should visit furing our stay. I would highly recommand this place.

Stayed here for 2 nights recently, my room was comfortable and very clean. The best part however is the magnificent views of Lake Como and the helpfulness of the staff. Michel was fantastic and went beyond the call of service, a thoroughly nice man who helped me without asking. I highly recommend this place for its relaxed atmosphere and great staff. The breakfast was also very nice!

The hotel is in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. A group of nine of us stayed there whilst visiting for a wedding at the lake. Michele and the staff are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfasts were amazing, some of the best croissants we've ever eaten. The rooms were really modern and clean. We ate in the restaurant one evening which was also lovely. It's about a 15-20 minute walk into Lenno town and I'd have no hesitation in staying at Locanda Garzola again.

As a family of 4, we rented a one bedroom with additional sofa bed, to our delight when we arrived we were placed in room 9. For the price, it was HUGE! We had a good sized bedroom, double sofa bed plus single bed in lounge, two dining tables, well equipped kitchenette and bathroom with most amazing shower. It was perfect for our family. Both the brothers go out of their way to make you feel really welcome and happy, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is a continental buffet and there is plenty to eat. We ate there one night in the evening too - great pizzas. The pool is small but the view from pool is so stunning. It is located up the hill so walking back there from Lake Como is very uphill but manageable. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again - fantastic value for money and wonderful hospitality. Thank you for a great stay.
