Very friendly welcome and experience, lovely room and facilities. V clean and colourful! Super price for visiting Lake Como in high season. Fantastic no frills b&b. would stay again - although light sleepers note that nearby church bells toll through the night!

As my wife had been wheelchair bound (a week before the stay) we anticipated problems but all OK. Hotel owners were very helpful and made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Would return to this hotel if we were in the area again. Many thanks to the hotel staff and management.

My stay here was absolutely perfect. The views from the rooms are incredible and the location of the "hotel" is perfect. You can walk to almost everywhere that's popular to see in Lake Como and a main boat marina that allows you to navigate wherever you need to go is only 1 km away. However the best part was the staff. I cannot say ENOUGH amazing things about the two brothers that own and operate this place. The level of service and kindness they provide is incredible. I couldn't believe how well the treated all of their guests especially considering how affordable their place is. They really take great care of all who stay here and provide the "little" things that matter -- complimentary beverages, snacks, bottled water, wi-fi, cable, etc. The house is so comfortable you will feel like you are staying at home. The rooms are really modern and super clean and have everything you need. I wish I could've stayed here longer, I HIGHLY HIGHLY reccommend this place to anyone staying in Lake Como for any amount of time!!! It's perfect!

We never expected to stay in this very convenient location with such wonderful views of Lake Como at such good value. With access to Tremezzina and ferry to Bellagio just a short ride across the lake. Beautiful boutique shops with silks and accessories from Como and plenty of Restaurants made Bellagio a village to remember. Take the ferry with or without your car. It is easier to drive to the hotel from Como in the South rather than the North as this is very slow and narrow. The area surrounding the hotel has lovely walks leading down to the Lake or to the nearby old historical Church.

Very friendly hosts who were very helpful. The room was gorgeous with a great view and the bathroom was very clean. The pool was a great way to cool down after a hot day. The area does not have much nearby and getting here was a long uphill walk. Would stay again definitely.

Incredibly kind and accommodating staff! Michel went above and beyond to make sure that every aspect of our stay was enjoyable. Yes, there is a steep walk up the hill to reach the B&B, but every step is worth it because it results in a beautiful view at the top. It is a five minute walk to the lake and a two minute walk to the beginning of a tour of the local, historical monasteries. I'd highly recommend checking out the local hiking trails. There's an easier one to historic San Benedetto, or a harder one up the mountain to Baffalora. I'm writing this review from a 4 star hotel near Milan that pales in comparison to Locanda Garzola is all aspects. Thank you, Michel and staff, we hope to be back some day!

Overnight stay whilst travelling down the length of Italy. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Had dinner in the restaurant which was well prepared and presented. All in all a pleasant stay.

Everything was impressive; our room was next to new, as was the bathroom and both were faultlessly clean every day. The man running operations was friendly, helpful and generally the toe of person you want to have around. The views from the room were stunning, and whilst it is a long and seriously uphill trek for those mad enough (like us) to walk it from Lenno, the location isn't bad at all. Completely recommended.

Amazing place to stay! Very well maintained, friendly and helpful staff, outstanding views, just gorgeous place. I'm so happy I chose this place. The only little concern it's not easy to find. It requires "Google" ing before arrival just to have an idea about location. A couple of directing road signs would help. Other than that - great.
