Conveniently located for my purposes. Attractive and clean public spaces. Good variety for breakfast with something a little different every day. Plenty of parking. Clean room. Water pressure was adequate, especially considering we were on the third floor.

While the main bed was adequately comfortable, the sofa bed was decidedly NOT. If you will be using it, plan on bringing a mattress topper of some sort, because there is absolutely NO padding on the spring-type mattress. Better yet, just bring an air mattress. Our third floor room faced the interstate, where highway noise was present at all times. Highly recommend a white noise app to mask the sound. Also, our room was adjacent to the elevator, which also produced noise, especially during the morning breakfast rush. Everything in the refrigerator froze, at least partially, even after turning up the thermostat.

Was surprised at the location. Saw alot of police. The room was good.

The breakfast was not impressive at all. The indoor pool was so hot in there and very uncomfortable to breath. Was very disappointed in that. Didn't even use it because of being so uncomfortable.

Loved it. I had a wonderful stay.

Wifi connection had poor service. I could still connect but kept buffering.

It was a good place to stay overnight on our way through.

It was a nice room. Just felt a little humid even with the air on and I could smell cigarette smoke outside in the hallway. I'm very sensitive to that.

Not a very good location and not clean

Quiet location off of the highway was appreciated. Hostess was not overly friendly and certainly did not greet me warmly but she did accommodate my request for a ground floor room.

I would have given it about a 6. While the carpet in our room appeared clean, I did not appreciate multiple stains on the carpeting near the side entrance that we used throughout our stay. The grounds had weeds everywhere. The tub in our room had a huge permanent stain. The breakfast offerings were very meager though the lady attending to it was very nice. The easy chair in our room was squeaky and not very steady and extremely uncomfortable.

The location was close to the interstate which made our commute easier.

The refrigerator leaked all over the soiled carpet. We had to wait until the first shift front desk person came in to be moved to another room. This caused me to be late to my convention. We were moved to a room directly in front of the spotlights for the hotel sign. The lights coming through the window made it very hard to get to sleep.. The 3rd shift front desk called and asked me to come up. She asked what service my ADA medical alert dog provided and how he alerts me. I told her it was against federal laws for her to ask me but I didn't mind telling her. She then plops a pamphlet in front of me showing they do have the right to ask what service he provides in Tennessee. After telling her my medical illness, she still wanted to know how he alerts me, all while on her phone looking it up. This made me feel like I was being judged and made the rest of our stay very uncomfortable.
