Good value.

Location of the hotel is not easily visible and there is no good sign directing to the hotel. There should be not a difficult thing to erect a good sign for the tourists.

Only negative is the wifi connection was weak. Otherwise was as expected good for a short stay.

The room was large (2 bedrooms) and quite clean and comfortable (as was the bed). I could have done without the noisy neighbours who thought nothing of making tons of noise late at night, but that is not the fault of the hotel. Breakfast was available for an additional charge, with a choice of continental or a hot meal. It was kind of inconsistent day-to-day in terms of their offerings, and one day the hot meal was only offered between 6-7am, which was not convenient for us. Standard fare in terms of food. I stayed there last year and I would go back again.

Clean and comfortable how ever not too happy about not having power! Power shortage was scheduled from time ahead but no one bothered emailing us about that. No elevator ! No breakfast provided all because of power shortage! Not sure if we ever go back to this place again .

In town for work, needed an economical, clean space to drop my bags and sleep. No frills needed.

Was looking for a budget friendly location to simply sleepover a night in the area. I did not plan to spend any time in the room. This residence was an excellent location to my venue. It was super clean and the staff were very pleasant. The fact that is has two separate bedrooms is a real bonus if traveling with a friend. There is an onsite cafeteria that can provide a full breakfast. This is by far an excellent location for the value.

If you don't mind the 45 minutes drive to downtown Toronto, then this is your hotel. The residences are very well maintained, clean, plenty of space, parking is included and so is WiFi. The room is spacious with two separate rooms, each with a queen ( I think ) bed. A bed sleeps two persons. Small kitchen inside + clean shower. I wish they had better quality towels, but we bring ours anyway. There are plenty of places to eat at nearby.
