Bitez Garden Life Hotel - All Inclusive

I was surprised at how quiet the room was despite the hotel being fully booked. I didn’t hear any noise from the hallway, street, or neighboring rooms.

bed was wider than I expected for a standard room. I could stretch out fully and still had space beside me.

The air conditioning was quiet and worked efficiently. It kept the room at a comfortable temperature all night, which is something I often struggle with in other hotels.

There were soft-close drawers, extra outlets, and thoughtful touches like a shoe mat by the door. Someone designed this with care.

Last summer I was in the hotel, it is terrible, dirty, messy, the internet is very bad, the rooms are outdated, these pictures that you have on Booking are a lie and a fraud, the hotel does not have its own beach, the waiters are very intrusive, the air conditioner does not work properly, a terrible hotel and very expensive..

Very bad experience, rooms, attitude Staff begin for tips and not living the room complaining how the economic is and they need money. My wife decided to gift us a holiday for my birthday, and our daughter first holiday she is 2 months old. We arrived around 2am was given a very small room we asked for a crib but instead we was ask to survive the night without and will be given on the next day , in the morning we end up having a huge staircase to go out with pram only choice is to be carried, there was no space for the crib neither. We went to reception we complained with obvious facts and knowledge from them side about baby however they got us a diferent room, we ask again for crib and towel as we was needed one more for baby. And like that the day was passing no towel no crib 8pm ish bedtime for baby no crib no towel those 20 - 30min never came i went to ask again, was told 10min towel 30 crib well I didn't left without a towel neither crib I got them. Food was not bad, but boring, refurbished leftovers to make new food , huge beetles around the foods in the restaurant. Sorry, I didn't make a photo, I found a dish on the buffet with mouldy food that was disgusting . We got to ask about the check out as we fly midnight and transfer is 8.30pm.We need to know as we have a 2 months old baby Well, we was not allowed to stay at least untill 5pm to wait to cool down we was kicked out and nowhere to go it's over 36C° boiling, and with language you can't move. We are staying on reception they refusing to put A/C feeling like in a oven. Baby got fussy obviously due to the heat she never been on . Very bad attitude, i never expect that. Visit few times the country but people was always friendly and helpful but not in this hotel. Late checkout 2pm it's 100€🤯 After 3.30pm we got offered to bring baby to the office after easyjet call them as we contacted them

I have just got back from a week here with my sister and our mum and we all had an amazing holiday. The only fault we found with this hotel was our balcony. We booked a triple room and there was only space for 2 chairs. Staff are all so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Ok so the food on offer isn’t to everyone’s taste but we found something to eat almost everyday. They have the buffet restaurant and also a snack bar that does the likes burgers and things and a grill that does chicken and fish and things to go alongside the evening options in the buffet restaurant. I had a Turkish bath and cannot recommend it enough. The guys who work in the Spa are an are amazing and we always had a laugh with them. Plenty of loungers around the pools. There are 3 pools but we stayed around the main one. The beach is literally less than a 3 minute walk through the hotel grounds or about 5 minutes if you walk around. Hotel had its own private area but the beach is so long you can choose to sit anywhere all day on the loungers, all you’re asked is to buy food or drink from from the restaurants that own the specific strips off beach. here is a fabulous bar just around the corner called Elvis bar and we spent most of our nights there. The owner and his staff treated us like family. The area is totally safe and i didn’t hesitate to walk around on my own. There is a fab place called sunset restaurant on the beach that do an amazing full English breakfast. I also have to mention the amazing pistachio ice cream I had from the ice cream stand on sunset restaurant.

Great holiday as usual , our 5th visit here. Food is great and better than ever. The new snack bar offers so much more and Pide is beautiful / light and very tasty. Most of the bar staff are great and very friendly. Bar need to make sure consistency with glasses the little tumblers are very poor Restaurant could do with better sharper knives. The Hamam is excellent run by the two most friendly people you could ever meet and can do enough for you. The only disappoint was the greed of some guests which was a disgrace and created so much unnecessary waste.

After reading the reviews on here we were a little skeptical however we realise the importance of checking the place out ourselves and seeing what the hotel is like. On arrival we received a warm welcome. We travelled as 2 adults & 1 child. Our room was very small, a double bed and a pull out sofa which took up the majority of space in the room. We had a balcony however the balcony was basically 2 chairs and no leg room. We had a problem with the safe where the batteries had ran out so it took 4 staff to fix this however it was soon done. No iron in room which wasn’t great as the website said it did have one. House cleaning was great, fresh towels and toilet paper provided regularly. The hotel grounds are beautiful and is well kept. Plenty of pretty plants and flowers, you can never miss a photo opportunity. There are 3 pools, one a medium sized pool, a longer deeper pool and another pool with 3 slides (both adults and children have a wild time on these, we invested in some rubber rings to go down to make it more fun and speedy). Restaurant/food Breakfast choices - fruit, cereal, eggs, sausages (ones from a tin if you’re British then you’ll know) pastries, salad, fruit - Sometimes there are plain omelettes batch cooked. Lunch- mostly the same kind of food, fries, salad, veggie dishes… not a huge choice however there is a snack bar near the main pool where you order from selective meal choices and they cook it there and then. Menu choices were - burger & fries, chicken wrap, pasta dishes. There is also a pizza station where someone is making this fresh and topping the tray up for people to come along and take. Dinner - Same again, no huge changes daily. However we was there 4 days when EID was being celebrated and they put on a bbq which felt more luxury compared to the every day buffet. They had tender beef/steak which was lovely! There are many cats around the hotel and a lot of guests were feeding them whilst eating which means the cats were always around looking for food. Beach - this is a short walk from the hotel it’s not directly behind it but it takes around 10 minutes to walk down to the beach front. We found out there is a section where you can use the Loungers. More bars offer you a lounger for free if you use their bars for drinks and food. There is a supermarket at the hotel but we found the one opposite to be a bit cheaper and more variety! Lastly, myself and my mum went for a Turkish spa at the hotel which we highly recommend one of the first few days of your holiday - it was amazing and very relaxing! Highly recommend the skin scrub as this removes your dead skin and helps you tan better and not burn throughout your holiday. A gentleman called ‘Smile’ arranged this for us and he is absolutely great! In fact, he was so welcoming and very friendly and gave us many tips about the area.
