Bitez Garden Life Hotel - All Inclusive

We are a family of 4 half way through our holiday at Bitez garden life hotel and it has been such a pleasant and enjoyable experience so far. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and tidy and the grounds are stunning. The drinks and food is very enjoyable and there is plenty of choice. The staff particularly the bar staff and restaurant staff workers are very friendly and helpful, nothing is ever too much to ask for. The entertainment in general is a lot of fun and since we’ve been here we have had music all day and night and a mini disco and quiz that everyone enjoyed. There is also a very pretty sandy beach a 5 minute walk away that has beautiful restaurants if you fancy a change of scenery or a paddle in the sea. We would definitely consider coming back again, thank you bitez garden life hotel for a lovely stay.

During my recent stay at a coastal hotel in Bitez, I encountered a blend of warm hospitality and areas needing attention. Upon our late-night arrival, the receptionist greeted us with a friendly smile, setting a positive tone. However, the check-in process lacked essential information—details about restaurant hours, bar services, and amenities were not provided, leaving us to discover them independently. The rooms were clean, and housekeeping staff were consistently cheerful, even checking in after just one night to see if we needed anything—a commendable touch. Nonetheless, the rooms suffered from dampness and poor ventilation, likely due to their location. Additionally, unpleasant odors emanated from staff-only areas, suggesting maintenance issues. Dining experiences were mixed. While the main restaurant's waitstaff were attentive and welcoming, the manager—I think he is the restaurant's manager, or whatever—often observed guests without engaging, which felt unprofessional, and a bit disturbing. The snack bar's food quality was subpar, and bar offerings were limited to basic beverages. Moreover, bar staff seemed unfamiliar with cocktail preparation, indicating a need for better training. The hotel's pool area was appealing, featuring a sizable main pool and a small aqua park suitable for families with children. However, I did not personally use these facilities. The beach was not directly accessible from the hotel but was within walking distance. A small map was provided, though a more detailed version would have been helpful. The hotel's website lacked comprehensive information, and I believe an update by the relevant departments is necessary. Room lighting posed issues, with some fixtures not functioning, and linens, while freshly laundered and pleasantly scented, bore stains from previous use. These details suggest that the laundry services could benefit from closer inspection. Despite these shortcomings, the staff's friendliness, especially in housekeeping stood out. Special thanks to Mr. Serdar from the animation team, whose enthusiasm enlivened the hotel's atmosphere. When it comes to management, I believe they should focus on reviewing things instead of wandering around aimlessly. In conclusion, while the hotel has potential, improvements in staff training, maintenance, and guest information are necessary. I award five stars in recognition of the staff's efforts and hope that, during the high season, the hotel will enhance its services to match its promising aspects.

Baran & Mustafa have been the best possible host. The hotel has been fantastic. I've seen bad reviews but they were all from the winter. Summer time it is well maintained and so fresh and friendly. The food has been great, the drinks .... especially the special made cocktails have been 10/10 and we plan to come back every June for the next few years. We tried a couples room which has been " okay " but who spends all the time in the room? I'd recommend a family room but apart from that I'd highly recommend.

after reading previous opinions I was afraid. after arriving at the hotel I was pleasantly surprised. Really beautiful garden and palm trees. We got a large family apartment. it was very clean and smelled nice. the only inconvenience was the door handle from the balcony but it didn't bother me. comfortable mattresses and pillows. I don't know about other rooms but ours was great. close to a beautiful beach and the center of bodrum can be easily reached by bus. people and crew very helpful. kitchen manager tried very hard. food good I am picky but I always found something. in the morning boiled eggs, fried, cheeses, vegetables and others. sweets cakes really delicious. bottled water, beer, coffee, tea, juices and unlimited drinks. in the pool bar good tortillas, fries, pasta and regular burger. Turkish bath I recommend it. massage ladies and gentlemen to choose from. I am writing a good opinion because they really did everything they could to make us happy and we liked it very much. I don't know why there are so many bad reviews, but maybe in the peak season it's different and it's harder to take care of everything.

Good hotel, food in the restaurant is ok, very good service, they take care of every guest. In case of problems you can talk and solve it. The best waiters are Baran and Deki! Great masseurs, very cheerful and always smiling. They can make you laugh and talk! We didn't like DJ Sali.

Nice and friendly people. Very good manager, Baran ;) and Staff. Seriously very good holiday and time. Close to the bitaz beach (3min). 3 pools and nice garden. We had great clean big family Room. Wi fi ok. Food was nice and Fresh. Good Grill bar.

Be prepared for a lengthy review. From the pictures on the website, the Hotel and grounds look very appealing. The grounds were, very, but unfortunately, that's where it ends. If they put as much care and effort into the accommodation and food as they do the gardens, it would be lovely. On arrival at past 10 at night, we were told there was no standard room for us which we booked so were given alternative accommodation for the night and had to return to reception the next day. (Unlike some hotels, late comers are usually left a snack if having missed dinner, but was told the kitchens were closed.) But, the bar was open, which was good. There was another couple that had been on the same flight and transfer with us, and their story was the same, no Standard Room so both parties were given a family room for the night. As arranged, we went back to reception the next day and was told again, they had no standard room for either of us but could stay in the rooms we had. Of course, we made sure there wasn't going to be any extra costs, which we were advised there wouldn't be. Bitez, is beautiful outside of the hotel. Beautiful beaches and sea front, and restaurants offering sun loungers free of charge, hoping that you would purchase any refreshments from them, all fairly priced. Most of the restaurateurs spoke good English. Inside the hotel, the rooms are very dated and they are not cleaned very well, if at all! The food was awful, catering mainly for Turkish and European visitors. There was no fruit available for breakfast, but chips were. There was fresh omelette on one of the 7 days we were there. They had no English tea and more often than not, the coffee machine would be broken but when it wasn't, the coffee was thick and horrible. The main meals of lunch and dinner were always some version of Chicken and Rice and was variably, only warm or cold. Met some lovely people at the hotel which made the holiday as good as it was. Eating outside of the Hotel is a must. Elvis's bar round the corner for a delicious steak and Sultans on the beach for delicious Sea Bass. The boat trips were amazing, visiting 5 little islands, and jumping of the boat into the sea. Out of 6 people, 5 of us had dodgy tummies, some suffered more than others, lasting many days. It was on the Monday, when we were due to go home on the Wednesday, that the Hotel Receptionist came knocking on our door at about 7.30pm saying we had to get out of our rooms immediately as they were needed because they were family rooms. To cut a long story short, we were accused of being Liars about there being no extra charge for the rooms, we were going to be charged an extra £100 per day for the rooms. We said we weren't going to pay, we were told that we would not be able to leave the hotel if we didn't pay. When asked how they could do that, we were told the police would be involved! I managed to get in touch with Easy Jet as felt we were being bullied in this situation, they were brilliant. (Easy Jet did mention that the hotel should have advised them the reason why there were no Standard rooms when we had booked them)We all agreed we would move the next morning for just the one day before we went home. The room they provided for us, the standard room was very small, the shower was disgusting. The manager was helpful to a point, after a few exchanges, we got an apology and he must have taken some fruit from the kitchen that was available at dinner, and put it in our rooms. The staff have a very limited understanding of English. The entertainment team are very small. One evening we had a Turkish dancer, who was brilliant and entertaining. Other than that, it was just very very loud music till the bar shut at 11. The Hamam was very relaxing and the staff lovely, especially Ishmil, who went above and beyond for my friend who needed urgent medical care, took her to a pharmacy on the back of his bike! Great Customer Service from him I would not recommend this supposedly 3 star hotel to anyone, but I would highly recommend Bitez itself.

Do not stay here!!! We are just back from 10 days at Bitez Garden Life. The room itself (2 bedrooms) was spacious enough but not clean, dirty doors & walls, I had to clean the toilet & bathroom myself. Shower head did not reach the bracket on the wall we had to call maintenance to fix this which they did in fairness. Sofa bed dirty & faded needs to be replaced. Maids who "cleaned" the rooms didn't really clean & did not leave toilet roll we had to go to reception to ask for some & then we also bought some & as I said I cleaned the bathroom myself. Plugs hit & miss some worked some didn't, double bedroom only had side lights & no mirror. Food not for us, inedible re-heated 2 day old chicken, salads seemed to be ok but hot food not sufficiently covered & very repetitive, I personally had hygiene concerns so we did not eat at this hotel even though we were all inclusive. Beer/Wine ok but glasses & plastic ones wet. Staff some friendly & some not. Broken glass outside our room for a full day, broken tiles around pools & what looks like mould in the corners. The only plus for us was the location literally 5 min walk to the beach. Beware Bitez is now very expensive average cost for beer €5.50 / glass of wine €8.50 - €9 / cocktail €15. Sandwich & chips roughly around €12.
