Not good

It was good hotel but not having privet beach like other hotel and food very normal.

Rezervasyon yaptırdığımız oda yerine başka bir oda verdiler. İsrarla şikyet ettik. Otel çok dolu boş oda yok yanıtını verdiler. Oda çok kötü kokuyordu. Yetkili biriyle görüştükten sonra ertesi gün odayı değiştirdiler. Resepsiyondakiler hiç yardımsever değil. Çalışanlar mutsuz isteksiz. Zorla çalışıyorlarmış gibi. Birçok çalışan yeni başlamış hiçbirşey bilmiyorlar. Tabak ve çatal oteldeki misafir kadar olmadığı için yıkanıp tekrar geliyormuş. Ama hiç temiz yıkanmıyor. Bir tabakta kıl vardı. Personeli çağırdım. Aldığı her tabak lekeliydi. En son aldığı tabak ketçaplı çıktı. Artık diğer tabakları kaldırmadı bile. Mutfak temizliği çok zayıf. Otel temiz ve bakımlı olursa çok güzel. Çevresi ve doğası çok güzel. Animasyon yok bence. Çok basit etkinlikler yapıyorlar. Dart atma, 3 adım öteden ok atma yapıyorlar. Çocuklar için sadece havuz var. Park kırık.

Friendly and helpful staff Bad: Food on all inclusive is almost the same each day ( especially on breakfast) Evening is very loud with it’s entertaining program till 11 p.m. If you travel with small child it’s hard to fall a sleep Waterpark on foto is working only two hours a day. That’s really not good Cleaning in room is the only purpose to turn off your air -condition, ant the room is nor really cleaned/ and not every day ( but turning off air -condition is a mast for every day)

Nice pools restaurent provides free breakfast lunch and dinner buffet style located close to gumbet area which is good if you enjoy night life

Firstly the arrival to the hotel was abit disappointing looking at the location and the view of the hotel was nothing like the published. The check in was pretty quick and i was escorted to the room without been shown around the hotel and whats where.. as i arrived to the room my staff was just left on the side and the person said enjoy your stay and walked off. In about half an hour i called the reception to see if i can have a sandwhich sent to my room as i had to take my insulin for my diabetes he said well you need to pay ( and it was lunch hour supposed to be all inclusive) i said ok i do not mind paying please send a veg sandwich for me. I waited about 30 minutes nothing came i called back i was told ok i will call the kitchen and send it up from 2pm till 4:30 pm nothing had arrived therefore i called again and in a rude state the receptionist said il transfer you to the kitchen speak to them yourself and transfered the call but no response. I left the hotel at 5pm to go to the local shop to buy something and collapsed at the market.. after the bad experience in the market thanking them so much they helped me back to the hotel as well and i took my medication. I was not even called by the hotel staff or manager for a basic ‘sorry’. In the evening i went for the meal it was not good at all returned back and since then i eat outside daily. Their entertainments for not good at all apart from loud played music. Pool seemed very packed and no staff around for assisting

Accommodation, staff were all of a very high quality. As a family ranging from 65 to 16 we would definitely stay there again. Very good value for all inclusive.

The room was small but very clean, the gardens of the hotel are beautiful, there are three good sized swimming pools, the food was okay, usual Turkish all-inclusive menu, the bar staff struggled as they seemed totally untrained for the job, seemed to be uninterested in the guests and spent most of their time speaking amongst themselves than serving, and consequently the drinks left a lot to be desired. There was little or no entertainment at night. Other than that, it was an okay holiday.

Weather good during the day, a little colde at night toward end September. Hotel good for local area, 5 minutes from beach, restaurants and if you shops that there are here. All staff very friendly. Just a 15 minute taxi ride from the lively area of Gumbet. Can take local Dolmus (bus) to Bodrum, Oasis shopping mall and other areas.
