The breakfast was good.

I didn’t like the fact that the room was hot at nights and no one cleaned the room at all, we did it ourselves also we bathe and dry off with the same towels for the entire stay. The lights in the bathroom was blown I reported it someone came and it went right back out again after an hour.

Free airport shuttle. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Pool area was nice. Staff was extremely helpful and even let us check in early when we didn’t expect it.

Wish it were closer to the beach. Not something they can change though. It is reasonably close to the cruise port.

La habitación era buena en cuestión de espacio Limpio, agua caliente. Cocina y todo los utensilios.

Compré el paquete 3 de enero por emergencia que me cancelaron vuelo sábado. Lunes me cancelan entrada a mi habitación pq dupuestamente no pague una noche. Cuando voy a verificar al mostrador era que de $190 la noche como decía Booking ellos me cobraron primera noche $349. Segunda noche $209 y tercera noche $188. Se aprovecharon de la emergencia Y hay un empleado que habla español, nos entendía en español y nunca quiso hablarnos en español. Nos trató bien de mala gana No fue como lo pague en booking
