Sky Hotel Goussainville Charles de Gaulle

The hotel is in a disadvantaged neighborhood with lots of workshops, car repair stations, and the planes flight so low above it that you can hear them even with the windows shut. The rooms are tiny and smell disguisting like somebody smoked there for years. Everything is old. The only advantage of it is relatively close RER station, 15 minutes walk through the ghetto.

The place is not close to the airport as we anderstood. The room is very simple, a minimal hotel room.

farther from the airport than we expected, since we booked it as an airport hotel. Instruction as how to take a shuttle to the hotel would have been nice, we took one on our return.

Friendly staff, customer oriented,clean and confortable room

A good value hotel about 4 km from CDG airport. Not well sign posted so read the directions carefully. Friendly staff, good breakfast spread, smallish but adequate and spotless rooms. Not many places to eat locally, though the hotel does serve evening meals.

Hotel very convenient when you have a flight early in the morning

Our hotel was much further from the airport than we thought. Cab fare from hotel to airport was 38 Euros. The hotel room was so tiny that you could hardly turn around. The bed was up against the wall. We would not recommend this hotel.

We needed a hotel overnight for an early flight from CDG and couldn't stay at our favorite one so we chose one within our price range as near to CDG as possible - 9 km away. This was a nice hotel that we were happy with but it cost 25 Euros to get there by taxi from CDG. Also, be careful if you ask the desk to order a taxi for you. Be sure to ask for one that is metered. We took the taxi they called which was not metered and they charged us 50 Euros - because they could. Or be sure you ask for a rate quote before you get into the cab. We learned a hard lesson.

Excellent with good value accommodation and food. Close to CDG airport and Carrefour store close bye.
