service of the staff is very poor and staff level was very low.

We booked this hotel as shuttle service was available. Upon checking in we were told the shuttle does not run on Monday, but the bus stop was 2 minutes away. Really? The hotel is located in some sort of industrial park. There are no restaurants in the area and we had to walk along a busy road with few sidewalks.

Too Much noise from the airport and highway. Staff was very helpful. Airport shuttle has poor hours.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was friendly. It was just out in the middle of nowhere fun but the train ride isn't bad.

Nice clean hotel, wi-fi great and strong in the night, but not in the morning. Breakfast was wonderful, didn't get dinner. The cab ride from the airport in the evening was half of what it was in the morning, maybe because it was before 9am? Crazy. It was the only place near CDG airport that I didn't have to buy two nights, but I did have to pay for a Double, even though it was only me!! oh well.

The hotel was itself not that bad. The rooms were small, nothing unbearable, and the shower was pretty tight. I was most annoyed by the fact that the free 24 hour bus that needed to be reserved isn't really 24 hours. It starts at 9am and must end at some time. One of the reasons I rented a room there was because of the free shuttle but I had to pay for a taxi anyways.

The hotel staffs' English level was very low. And they were very unfriendly, especially the late night shift emplyees. I arrived at CDG at midnight. The hotel HAD 24 hour check-in, BUT it was complicated (for the first timer) code-input entrance system at a locked outside gate and also at a back door to the building. I think I could get into hotel ONLY BECAUSE I had a nice bilingual taxi driver!!!(But!! he was the 4th one! Three taxi drivers at the airport rejected me because the distance was short.) The shuttle service was almost equal to NON-existent. Be very careful what the staffs say!! The heater in my room made plastic-burning smell which gave me a headache. The staffs said the heaters were all the same in any rooms and they did not offer me an another room by saying "They were all booked." .. although i found rooms available on Expedia on that very night!

When we arrived to check in there was no one at the desk...a man came out to help wearing an apron and wader boots (cleaning man?)and spoke no English. [...] he then showed us to our room which had one small bed in it. Our reservation showed for 3 people. When we said this wouldn't work, he had to get the manager who also said we had to pay again but at least gave us a room with 3 beds. On the up side the room was clean and the beds comfortable.
