Staff was excellent and accommodating. We booked on a third party site and the room we reserved was not available. The staff made good on it though. We will definitely stay here again. Good breakfast too

"Highway robbery in Harrisonburg, VA"

Great hotel, great location, great outdoor space....however, we travel with our dog, a 20lb Westie, and the hotel charges a $100 pet fee. That's armed robbery. Hotel fee for wife and I was $146... the dog stay ($100) cost more than the wife ($73) and didn't get a free breakfast! Marriott, shame on you. Charge a reasonable fee.

"Home away from home."

A great place to stay, either for work or vacation. This place is centrally located, near downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University. This place has it all, a pool, exercise room, laundry room, patio with fire pit and grill. I could go on and on, but its on their website. The rooms are spacious and clean. Their staff is great, friendly and helpful. Like being at home. I have been coming here for years for work. I highly recommend this place.

"Horrible"

Room was dirty, hot tub was green and slimy was double charged and I’m still fighting to get money returned. It’s a nightmare

"Wonderful place to stay."

The room was great. The breakfast was excellent. The staff helped us out with directions to the Marriott when we were lost. Food in area restaurants was superb.

Only thing was the tv only had a few channels and tv went off a couple times on its own. Didn’t know if we could use Netflix as there wasn’t any info in room stating that. Not much on tv to watch.
