"Love it here!"

Very nice, peaceful, good staff, had a good time with family! We stay here a lot when visiting family and would recommend it. Also, I love the giant Connect Four game in the front of the hotel. Has a pool, gym, dining area, laundry mat, and ice machines. I am always happy with my stay.

Suite was perfect for what we needed. Traveling with my sister and grown nephew and having separate room worked well. Pet friendly and my guy loved it. Only comment is room wasn’t cleaned as well as expected, especially when you stay at a pet friendly hotel because you don’t want your pets getting into anything. We found a few handfuls of what looked like cat food or treats on the bedroom floor after my dog ate some. This means they clearly didn’t vacuum as they were in the middle of the floor.

Property was fine, however, the site overbooked and I was downgraded to a studio instead of the 2 room suite I had booked MONTHS in advance (traveled with family, so we now were in 1 room together). Not sure why I, being a Bonvoy member was bumped, but I was. There was little sympathy about the issue at the desk, and the manager never even offered any type of reimbursement/credits for the inconvenience. We will stay elsewhere next time we are in the area.

"Always clean and always friendly"

Wonderful Place to stay. Great location, very nice property. Located in the heart of everything. Food, shopping, JMU, everything you need right at your finger tips. Full kitchens and living rooms make you feel like you never left home. Try it trust me

Great long term accommodations. Friendly staff. Professional service. Stayed at other places in the past but came here to try the location. Fully met my expectations. Highly recommend this particular Residence Inn. Great breakfast bar included.

"Very pleasant stay"

Had a very pleasant stay after finding out that the Hyatt place had no power! The room was very spacious, clean, and had a well equipped kitchen. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfast was very good. We decided to stay there.

The staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean , the breakfast was good in the morning. The room had a slight cigarette smell to it but overall the stay was pleasant
