Everything was very nice.

Nice hotel. Each room comes with a full kitchen. Pretty clean, but sheets had some clear stain on it. I'm sure it was washed, but just unremovable (time to retire). Had to change it. We ran out of tissues right away, and there was no replacement box in the room. Not enough towels, as i don't seat on the hotel furniture. There was no outlet in the bathroom (only one next to sink, which is next to a bed), therefore, I was unable to use a hair dryer, so I don't wake up my husband. Paid laundry (yet in some other Residence Inn laundry is free). The young lady at the breakfast area was very moody and wasn't saying good morning to anybody. Just felt like she was annoyed to be there in general. Hot tub was soo good, and the pool was as hot as a hot tub. We never experienced such a hot pool before in US. Most hotels keep them cold. Best breakfast. Besides eggs and sausages, they had hot sandwiches: croissants with ham and cheese. They were very appreciated later on for lunch (after all the winter activities in Massanutten). Overall is a good place to stay.

Very nice hotel with warm people at the front desk and lots of parking very close to the hotel. Room was very spacious and spotless. I want to specifically recognize Victalia who work led very hard and made the room spotless and very welcoming. I highly recommend this hotel.

What I liked about this property was the great Breakfast Service in the morning. Good option for a person who’s looking to eat healthy, but also skip that. The cleaning around the place is great. There is nothing I didn’t like about the hotel. Overall a good experience!

The beds are very comfortable with a nice selection of pillows. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The facility is clean and well layed out. The location is very functional as well, close to all kinds of eating establishments, 2 turn access to I81 coming or going, but not right on the interstate. I stay here frequently, you should as well.

Location was great. Rooms were nice and well equipped. We had a two room suite and there was so much space.

The breakfast was disappointing. When I asked the woman at breakfast for gluten free options she didn’t really know what to say. She said I couldn’t eat anything except Cheerios and she gave me a packaged chocolate dessert muffin. I asked about the eggs and bacon and she said no. It didn’t make sense. I had yogurt and a banana. She wasn’t trained on it. We went down in our last night to go swimming and use the jacuzzi. After skiing all day we just wanted a nice hot soak in the jacuzzi. Well, it wasn’t working and the water was cold. The water in the pool was cold too and the pool area was cold with no humidity or anything. The front desk woman was so nice and came to flip some switches in the mechanical room, she even called a maintenance worker at home to try to fix it, but nothing work. So we swam in the cold and were all disappointed.

There was no hot water and they did not inform us at check-in. I had to take a cold shower.

I’m very upset about our Christmas holiday. Stay here I booked my reservations on Hotels.com in advanced just to get there and they tell me the room I booked is not available on top of that all the amenities that was in the room that I booked was not available in the room that they were given us. Which was very frustrating to me because the food that I bought we needed a full stove/oven not a microwave so basically some of my items went to waste on top of out of our whole six days of staying there I requested for a manager who I still never spoke with very unacceptable was really bothering to me because I had to stay in a room for three days that we did not book also without the king bed for more space then when they did move us because I went back to request for a move for the third time we get to the room, no sheets, no washcloth and towels at this point I was just ready to go home and was just very pissed off at this point and you offer me nothing. Honestly speaking it’s not about you all giving me anything. It’s about the accommodation because the mistake that was made from jump.
