"Always Home Away From Home"

Great place to stay. I have been staying there for the last 4 years every week. The staff and amenities are great. It's located is great as well with entertainment, restaurants, hiking, JMU University, and etc. nearby. They do allow pets as well. Great place.

I stay at the Residence Inn Harrisonburg, VA every time I go to Harrisonburg. Vanessa C. and Maria C. run a tight ship. Staff is friendly. Rooms and facility is clean. There are many places to eat very near the hotel with a host of delicacies for you to enjoy. The indoor pool is very inviting after a hot day on the job, and if you get a cooler evenin, you can kick back around the fire pit. In addition, the beds are comfortable with a nice selection of pillows.

"Good needs some work. "

Great checking rep! Room (suite) had issues though. Outlet by mirror did not work gfi broken so had to blow dry hair in kitchen. The door lock kept jamming. And the patch job in bathroom shower was visibly poor. Great breakfast. Great pool room.

Girls trip was amazing. Dana at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was so clean with great amenities. If I had to move it would be a permanent stay there !!!! The hot tub & pool were so clean also. All staff was so friendly & helpful also. Now I want to go to Virginia for all my stays there !!
