"family funeral"

Fantastic. The front office staff and management were very personal and catered to make sure we were comfortable as we were dealing with a funeral. They made us feel at home. Give the hotel a 10+++ Sad to leave as the room was also great very clean and home like

"Good stay in Harrisonburg "

Nice hotel, large king room, comfy bed, kitchen. Large pool and outdoor patio. About 30 minutes to Shenandoah national Park which was our focus. Good hot and cold breakfast items. Jasmine at the front desk graciously accommodated our check out a day early than planned as well as a late check out.

"Wonderful, well kept hotel!"

Love this hotel and its wonderful staff! A great welcome when checking in with two very personable front desk folks, Jasmine and Maria. We stayed here twice in a three week period and both stays were great. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job as both rooms looked and felt well taken care of. Breakfast buffet was well presented with a nice selection of choices. Thank you! We look forward to our next stay.

"Best manager EVER!!!!"

Following a 3 day drive from Florida we were greeted by Jasmin Purnell (head of sales) with the warmest/kindest greeting EVER. She could tell we needed a good night rest before heading further north and tucked us into a very quiet and comfortable room. We enjoyed our stay and are forever grateful to meet her for our stay in Harrisonburg.
