Clean, nice set up, nice breakfast, nice ambiance

We picked for the hot tub....it was available and hot, but jets were not working, so disappointed about that

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn and had a pleasant experience overall. The room and common areas were clean and well-kept, which made for a comfortable stay. The food was good, with a nice selection that suited my needs. What really stood out was the staff – they were friendly and very helpful whenever I needed assistance. Their positive attitude made things easier during my visit. Overall, a solid choice if you’re looking for a convenient and welcoming place to stay.

The hotel was fine. Not sure why it is #1 ranked as the rooms seem dated. Sure the rooms are large and staff friendly, but needs a guest room update badly.

The Residence Inn, Harrisonburg VA is very accommodating. The breakfast staff are very polite and always aim to please. The property is clean and well kept.

The staff is always very nice and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and have everything you need to cook meals there. The location is also close to plenty of retail stores if you should need anything or want to go out to eat. It's a nice place to stay.
