At least 30 bugs in our room, dirty furniture, rude staff, limited breakfast options- kitchen staff using bare hands to handle hot breakfast items. This was the worst stay I have had in years. They should have paid me to stay at this hotel.

Staff was welcoming

Renovations had all the windows covered in plastic. Did not expect this. Elevator was unclean. Breakfast was not included and for 114 per night, it should have been

In town for soccer games. Hotel we being repainted. All the windows had plastic over them so no view. Elevators and hallways extremely hot. Light switch in our bathroom was broken. Like worked just fine but the sensor itself was broken.
