No warm water, the fans didn’t work, no A/C. We stayed for an hour before leaving. Originally reached out to management to cancel our stay because the a/c was going to be an issue for medical reasons. They denied our cancellation, and we were just going to ride it out. However after no warm water, fans not working properly and poor management we left. Only place with AC in hotel is the lobby. Management was supposed to call us back on Friday and they never did. Also management is based off of las vegas time zone so good luck trying to get a hold of them.

We liked that all basic amenities were available to us in our room, washer and dryer in unit. Near pool and grill area

We had a great time!

Good location, beautiful property and pool area, close to the food places and beautiful local culture, all the places and beaches were close to the location. OGG Airport was also close. Very quiet and safe location. You might not get the room which has been shown in the picture, depends on availability, i got 1st floor without beach view but beautiful pool and jacuzi view.

Property is closed to restaurants and beaches. Quiet in the evening time.
