It didn’t match the picture. The place looks and smells older! But it was ok and overall had a good experience

Loved the location! Only downside I would say is that there is no air conditioning. If we were staying during cooler months I don't think it would have been a big deal, but in July it was hot and humid. Opening windows didn't help much and created a wind tunnel slamming doors and knocking down lamps.

The room, amenities, and check in staff were great. However, since the facility does not have air conditioning (which was known and expected prior to booking) all of the windows needed to be kept open at all times. All would have been great if it wasn't for the onsite ROOSTERS crowing at all hours of the early morning (beginning as early as 1am). Without one night of decent sleep the entire vacation was disrupted. Chickens and roosters are everywhere on the island, but could the resident roosters be rehomed?

We've been owners here for 26 years. Location is pretty good. Views are fantastic. Rooms are clean and adequate in size. HOWEVER, because of windows in the bedroom it can be loud. I guess I could close the old style louvered windows, but then I might die. No AC makes for miserable afternoon and nights. If I could get out of my timeshare I would in a minute. Put air conditioning in and I might buy another week.

No AC!, near road, very noise at night

The resort was lovely, and the staff very friendly and helpful. Wasn't a large resort which is appealing to me so fairly quiet. The grounds were well kept and the best sushi reataraunt right there. The condo itself was very comfortable but simple, which is all I needed for my stay.

I wish there were proper BBQ tools within the suite, as well as non glass dishes to take food down to the bbq area.

The property as shown is not accurate. The picture shows beautiful ocean view which is not true. Only few units may have sea view but you need take stair to higher floors. The most important information is not surfaced properly that the property has NO A/C. You will have to use fans and open the windows. You will hear noise from swimming pool but found it silent after 10:00 pm. Overall the unit was clean and well managed. All required utensils and facilities were there. Staff were friendly. I asked for additional fan and they provided. The property is located at a special segment of sea where water is dirty and maroon black. There is no beach it’s only rock. You have to travel 1.5 miles to walk or spend time on beach. Overall it’s a reasonable property based on pricing and VR features.
