Yes there is no AC but for my family this was not an issue. The windows open and on the 6th floor the breeze was always coming through and was comfortable. Staff was very pleasant and friendly. I would recommend staying as this is just a place to sleep and come home too from being out all day enjoying Maui's beauty.

Large enough for our big group. This place was heaven for a week.

Great kitchen

No AC in the rooms and while this is to be expected by listed amenities, I would not elect to stay at a hotel without AC again in the future. All that was provided was standing fans, and when one of mine stopped working, I tried contacting the front desk for an hour to get it replaced. Nobody answered because they were at lunch. In the future, contact information should be provided for maintenance during lunch breaks. During my stay, I was given a 2 day window between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm where my mattress would be replaced. Extremely inconvenient and could have been planned better during the off season. The photos on the internet do not appropriately represent actual conditions of the hotel. The room was also dirty upon arrival. Both bedroom nightstands had cup rings and sticky substances on the glass. There was also hair on the toilet and in the refrigerator, and miscellaneous debris in the shower.

The property was clean, beautiful, and close to the beach.

Overall very nice place to stay with family.

We are owners at this condo and have been coming for a long time. We love the central location and the ocean view. No AC keeps maintenance fees affordable. Open your windows and turn on the fans and it’s fine. The pool and hot tub are very nice, as are the rest of the grounds. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Room 403 - they’re nuts. Just ignore them. I’m not sure how you can be miserable living in Maui, but here they are. They’re like the chickens, they crow a lot but are mostly brainless and harmless. We’ll keep coming back because Maui is the best island. Aloha!

Everything was great overall. Just a heads up, if you are hot nature, the apartment didn’t have AC. Most days it was ok the temperature since there was a nice breeze going thru. And like a lot of places in Maui, there are roosters roaming around and some of them like to wake you up super early in the morning… like 4am some days :)

Had a great stay. Resort was clean, quiet and well maintained. Only thing missing was air conditioning but would definitely stay again. Staff were great and very friendly!

Really loved the condo and would stay again! there was no AC but the breeze was enough to keep us very comfortable. The only thing uncomfortable was the man with a dog he cannot control. The dog would lunge and sometimes had a muzzle and sometimes didn't. we could not get on the lift when he was the only one on it for fear for the dog attacking! but the grounds and pool were perfect. A tad older inside but very happy with our stay!!
