Great location, clean property, and the staff are great!!

This timeshare was very dirty. There is nobody to communicate with at the front desk and when you call nobody answers. As you pull in there are mattresses stacked outside. Our first night there my son had a cockroach in his bed. There is no air conditioning and I couldn’t tell if there were bed bugs or not but with it so dirty we will be taking all precautions. The only positive I will give is it is right across from the ocean, has a beautiful view if your on the upper floors and the ocean breeze cools it off.

Just a great stay!

Everything was great but it was a little too hot to have no AC while we were there. Mostly my fault for not noticing they say this.

NO Air-conditioning. NO View. Do your homework and find out where your room is located. Many rooms do not have a view. Our room has only a side view of the parking lot. No pool view or ocean. Good price , so if you just need descent living accommodations this is fine.

I was surprised to find that the condos don’t have air conditioning BUT the winds off the ocean did a great job of keeping the temps reasonable. I loved the location of this property - it was away from the normal tourist bustle and traffic, and the beach across the street was mostly empty for my entire stay! The pool at the condos was the perfect temperature to cool off after sunning on the beach and it was also never crowded. I will definitely stay here again!

Awesome location

There’s no 24/7 office service

No AC and the heat was unbearable especially the bedroom without the windows. The two TV were not working... Fridge was not cold enough even when I had my beers in there for 48hours. I had to move my beers to the freezer a couple hours before I drink them. Ants were all over the kitchen... This has got to be the worst place we have stayed in Hawaii in the last 20years.
