The location was great. We also liked the size of the room and the friendly reception staff who were very helpful and kind.

No Air Conditioning (not uncommon in Hawaii-but we didn’t realize when we booked) permanent residents who lived next door to our single bed unit we rented were very loud, rude and made the experience staying there awful for our parents and other hotel guests. They also had an aggressive dog. These residents yelled down at guests in the pool who had noisy kids that were laughing too loud -they used inappropriate hand gestures, and they mimicked and mocked my parents constantly through the shared wall of their unit. It was very rude and surprising behavior by residents who are in their 60s-they should know how to behave like adults. They clearly hate hotel guests that stay in their building -they should move as this is a major issue that will negatively impact satisfaction of future property guests.

Great place to stay opposite to a nice beach. Easy access to many places and big space for a family to stay. The balcony is very functional and view is great. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Great location clean and comfortable

Quiet, well maintained, and centrally located. There is no AC some staying in the peak summer months could get uncomfortable. We were able to keep the windows open for a nice cross breeze so we were fine.

The property itself was ok. I am ok with no air conditioning, there were overhead fans but with the windows open, there was so much noise from the pool, people and crew walking around and of course, from the wild chickens throughout the property. They like to crow at 1am and at 3am. The ground crew started mowing the property outside my window at 815am, which was inconvenient.

Good place to stay with all food places near by (~5-10 mins). Has all the basic amenities including extra beach towels, utensils and dishware for the kitchen. A few good to know about this place is that it doesn’t have AC, which for us wasn’t a big deal as the temps overall were good, but not having AC means you have to leave your windows opens for circulation as without it , it may get hot. Since they are open, you can hear everything that is happening outside - mainly the guests and kids using the pool AND the roosters and birds starting to chirp early in the morning. So beware of this situation and make sure you are ok with it. We were fine given the price we paid for it but something to keep in mind when booking. They also had good beach gear to check out (free) but it might be gone so check for availability.

Great place to stay!!

We had an amazing stay in Maui! The beachfront location was unbeatable, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable family vacation. Super clean, kid-friendly, and close to everything. Highly recommend — we’d definitely stay here again!
