No hot water! Dirty and not kept up with. Parking situation horrible. Had to park at the other lot 3 blocks away.

It’s a 15 year old boy who checks you in. I got two rooms so I was expecting them to be next to each other I get there and they tell me we have to be in separate floors. I ask them the next day if we can move rooms to be closer to the people we came with and they told us no.Then the microwave in one room does not work. There was left over food in the fridge from the person before us. They shampoo and body wash was already opened and used. They only give you have a roll of toilet paper. The pool was nasty and not taken care of.

Check in started a little rough but owner Simon stepped up so that we had a very nice stay for my mom's 81st bday

Very nice motel but my microwave was broken !

Small room, uncomfortable bed and no soap in room.

Didn’t stay at the property because of Covid still charge me even though I talk to the property manager the Friday we were supposed to get the booking

Great location!! Right on the boardwalk and center pretty close to attractions on the boardwalk. We loved the convenience of not having to drive everywhere since we were so close. Only quirk were the beds, they were springy and uncomfortable but we werent in our beds outside of sleeping.

there was not enough hot water for a shower booth days i was there . had to park 3 blocks away some times 38 rooms 25 parking spots

It was okay, but the place needs a upgrade and new beds woke up my back was hurting. Pool was dirty at the bottom. The 2 older people who runs the place is just them no other staff. But they Were very nice and sweet.

Good location, walking distance to beach and boardwalk is the only plus.
