Casa Del Sol Motel

Very disappointed in the condition of the hotel. Little or no parking, no housekeeping , no info on wifi or anything else for that matter, office staff only intermittently available.

Location is great, everything else is just average.

This was the worst hotel. Filthy and rude. Ended up checking out early

We checked into the property at 3 pm and checked out at 5pm. Our room was situated right by the office. The office was basically a closet with an older gentleman in it that was not very helpful. There was a door from our room into the office which was weird. The bathroom door was so small i had to walk sideways through it. You could not open the bathroom door without smacking it into the sink. The toilet plumbing was exposed. Since we were right by the office there was people coming in and out constantly. The manager (i at assuming that was his role as he was not very talkative) said people would go away. Cars need to be double parked so when you need to leave you have to wait around for the owner or park in an overflow lot 4 blocks away. Was not a good experience and did not feel safe. Was a very expensive mistake as we are not going to get our money back even though we were only there long enough to shower and leave.

Close to boardwalk. Toilet would not work,air conditioning was broken,tv remote didn't work. Sand all over floor.

Location location location!!!! You cannot be closer to the boardwalk!! This hotel was the best deal we could find to be close to the boardwalk. It was exactly what we expected. We have to keep in mind that this is Wildwood, so a lot of the hotels here are old. This aint no different! Old furniture, old beadspreads, old matresses (they could definitely update their matresses...not comfortable at all!!). But you're right by the boardwalk, so for us it was very practical. Pool was fun for the kids. Would stay again.

One of the better motels in Wildwood I've stayed it. Room was clean. Only complaint was a hard bed and pillows that were essentially flat. Otherwise exactly what I'd expected as a motel in Wildwood.

The location is excellent, but the service and hygiene standards are aligned with those of a third world country. Room was dusty and moldy. The bed sheets were stained. We also found sand and hair dispersed throughout both beds. Told the manager the following morning (discovered too late to tell him the night prior), who then insisted they were clean and claimed the “environment” made the sheets sandy. I asked for the sheets to be changed; he said he would comply but never did so. Our concerns were met only with sorry excuses. I am astounded that this business is operational.

Love this place so much. Perfect for what we needed. We spent the weekend here. Owner and family super friendly and accommodating. Right next to the board walk. Perfect for a motel. It served its purpose. This is perfect a day on the beach or at the pool. Board walk at night. Only thing we needed the room for was to shower and sleep. Can't expect anything more when you go to wildwood. You use the rooms to sleep while you enjoy the scenery at night and beach or pool during the day. Will definitely come here again. Worth the money we paid for.
