Mi é piaciuto molto la pulizia e l'accoglienza del personale in particolare Oksana é stata bravissima nel accoglierci e nel preoccuparsi che fosse tutto ok. Anche l'animatrice Lucy é stata bravissima

I visited this hotel with my mum. And we both had a wonderful stay! Hotel is amazing and you can feel there almost like you were home. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. The environment is beautiful, green and calm. Food was good, I think everyone can find something for themself. The staff is very friendly, helpful, always smiling, working real hard to take care of comfort of guests. Big shout out to the Animation Team! ♥️ They are great, friendly, extra funny, making days better! All the stuff deserve a biiiig thank you. They made our stay full of beautiful memories. Will return 100%

Mi è piaciuto tutto: la struttura, i servizi offerti, la disponibilità del personale, il cibo al ristorante buffet, la varietà di cibo offerto, la posizione vicino una spiaggia dalla quale è possibile sia tuffarsi al mare alto con una bellissima barriera corallina sia ammirare i pesci e i coralli anche da riva nell'acqua bassa. Se amate lo snorkeling non rimarrete delusi. Possibilità di organizzare escursioni nel deserto o immersioni direttamente con l' hotel. Navetta a pagamento (7 euro a persona) per raggiungere Port Ghalib (partenza alle 16:30 o alle 20). A 10 minuti a piedi è presente un altro punto molto interessante per lo snorkeling, coraya bay. Anche qui si possono raggiungere i coralli sia dalla spiaggia che direttamente dal molo. Le piscine sono tenute benissimo, è presente anche un idromassaggio. Acqua gratuita in camera, camere pulite e spaziose. Grazie di tutto, se dovessimo tornare a Marsa Alam sicuramente torneremo qui!

It was cleaned, comfortable, funny. Restaurants were good with a lot of variety in foods. Beach was beautiful but rocky, my bad luck the jet was always closed for weather. Stuff was helpful but they always have a side speaking with high voice.

Unfortunately, a bedside lamp in my room was accidentally knocked over and damaged. The hotel informed me that I was required to pay USD 20 for the damage. Although I was surprised by this, I paid the amount and received an invoice. My concern is that no documentation, replacement cost, valuation, or explanation was provided to justify how the USD 20 charge was calculated. As a frequent Booking.com customer with a long history of reservations and a high guest rating, this was the first time I have encountered such a situation.

Room & Cleanliness Our room was spacious and comfortable with a nice pool view and a private balcony. The room was very clean and featured air conditioning, a good-sized bathroom, minibar, and tea/coffee facilities. The bed was comfortable, and we loved the view. Staff & Service The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was only one hiccup one night where they didn't have enough glasses for some reason so orders were coming in very slow and they brought me different drink but that's nothing major. Animation team kept us entertained with many activities. We loved playing shuffle board twice a day and aqua gym was fun! Beach & Pools Access to the sea is very rocky so I definitely recommend water shoes but you can access it from the pier as well but unfortunately we weren't allowed to use due to strong winds. There are multiple outdoor pools, including options for adults and families. The pools were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers. Water was perfect, pool bar was amazing and pools were big enough so it wasn't crowded at all! Food & All-Inclusive The all-inclusive offering was excellent. Buffets had a wide selection of international and local dishes with live cooking stations. Snacks and drinks at the pool bars were convenient. Facilities & Entertainment The resort has beautiful landscaped gardens, a fitness center, spa, kids’ area, and evening entertainment (acrobats, shows, etc.). WiFi could be a bit better as from time to time it was very slow even with full signal but I used it as a screen detox For the price, Jaz Grand Marsa offers great value as a 5-star all-inclusive beach resort, especially for families or couples wanting relaxation. Overall Experience We enjoyed our stay at Jaz Grand Marsa. It’s ideal for families/couples/snorkeling enthusiasts / relaxation seekers looking for a peaceful Red Sea holiday with good facilities and warm Egyptian hospitality.
