I stayedf at this Residence Inn 10 years ago and it was amazing, but unfortunately it looks tired now and needs to be updated. The rooms were pretty dinged up and not very clean. The first room 310 had a bathroom that was disgusting. Fortunately they were able to move us to a new room that was much better nad had been cleaned. The new room, although better still needs to be updated with new furniture, paint and carpet.

USThe good part was that the people working were nice. However, there were multiple problems. The floors weren't clean and our shoes were sticking to the floors. The beds were awful. The blinds didn't black out the lights from outside and the room was noisy. The hotel lobby was not well air-conditioned. Worse, the workout room wasn't air-conditioned. Overall, this was not the standard of Marriott Residence Inns in other places.
USShort but very nice stay. Breakfast was very good, although it seemed the air conditioning was not working in the lobby so we ate quick :-). Staff was very friendly!
MYWe had to switch rooms because our duvet had a noticeable stain that looked like dried blood (see attached picture). When we contacted the front desk, they only provided a thin blanket as a replacement. We insisted on moving to a new room, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the second room was also below our expectations (see the coffee maker). The pool was cold and appeared not constantly maintained. Additionally, despite paying the full amount for our stay through Booking.com, we were double-charged by the property at checkout. When we disputed the charge, Brittany at the front desk was unprofessional, raising her voice and insisting there was no double charge, even though my cards clearly showed the extra charges. No invoice was provided to us when we checked out either. I travelled all around the world for work, and I’d say this is one of the worst places I’ve been.
