The room had a horrible smell and there were bugs crawling on the tables.
USThe room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were plentiful.
Of the 11 days we were there, housekeeping came one time. We had to keep asking for clean towels and toilet paper and to have our trash cans emptied.
USGood and roomy facility.
The staff was very nice (the regular counter people) but the room was NASTY! The Couch was literally CAKED in filth (see photo). Was terrified to sit anywhere. The pillowcase had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. The bathroom does not look like it has ever been cleaned ever. The grout is CAKED with filth. We only stayed because it was Graduation and everything was sold out. We were GOUGED $1070.00 for TWO nights at this place and the general manager said that "It is what it is" when asked about the GOUGING. By the way, ON THE BACK OF THE DOOR it says that they are only able to charge a MAXIMUM of $389 for the room. They do have a Continental Breakfast but we did not get to enjoy it because they were having the SEWER PUMPED bright and Early with a FULL Hotel as the food was coming out....nice scent for the hallways. I am SO THANKFUL that I bring my own towels in case of emergency and this was one! GOD only knows what we would have ended up with had we touched theirs.

I have stayed here many times and everything has always been great. This time, I paid a much higher price because it was graduation time and the air cone ever worked right. The staff could care less. Maintenance man was not there after 6 pm and the desk person said she’d leave the manager a note! Maintenance man came the next day & didn’t fix the problem. I told them when I checked out about the air issue and the woman said, “thank you for letting us know.” She definitely had no intention of offering me anything. This was a 2-bedroom unit…not cheap. When we left the property, we noticed several rooms had a/c units in the windows. I think this is a real issue that no one is addressing. I’m here to tell you…Oklahoma is very hot and humid. Air conditioning is a must!!
Usually stay here and love it. This time, we had an air conditioning issue that no one seemed to care about. They brought us a fan & said the maintenance man had gone home for the night. He did come the next day, but it wasn’t any better. Disappointing.

front desk worker was very rude. he had an attitude the entire time helping me and it seemed like he was trying to belittle me during the situation. Was not helpful whatsoever, although the room and property was beautiful.
