There weren’t any mattress pads on the mattresses. The desk staff were very friendly Large crack in the wall by the window that could indicate a foundation issue for the building!
Could have been cleaner - saw something spilled on couch- otherwise would have rated a 5 star for cleanliness
This facility is very clean and nice. The staff are very helpful. It is close to campus, but not too close to be stuck in the after sports traffic.
Nice place to stay
USStaff were very friendly and overall great. We stayed in the suite with fireplace. Stained bedskirt, ripped sofa. Windows were coming loose Needed deep cleaning. Kitchen was clean. It was low to mid 30’s and 40’s no blankets. Hot water and fresh towels

Front desk representative on arrival and intermittently during my stay was excellent; very helpful!!!
The young man checking us in on Thanksgiving was great! He even came out and helped my husband put our luggage on the cart. Handicap facilities in room are great.
