Room was not clean. There were ants in the room and it was very dusty on the furniture. We let the front desk know in the morning before we left for the day but nothing had been done when we returned around 3 pm and then we had to speak to the front desk again at that time. 3 people came to spray the ants and change our sheets but the room was not dusted. Overall, not only did our room just feel and look dingy but the hotel felt the same way.
The room had stained furniture, a spilled drink all over the door and floors were a mess behind the closed bathroom door. It wasn’t quite what I’d expected for a $300/night room. The front desk staff were amazing and friendly though!

USFriendly, welcoming greeting when we walked in got our stay off to a great start. Every staff person we encountered was very nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast had a nice variety of items. Would definitely return to this hotel.
Staff was very friendly
Overall this hotel is okay. It has seen some wear and should be updated (worn and frayed chairs, cracked toilet lid, windows don’t close all the way). However, there is definitely an issue with the hot water in the hotel. The hot water ran out during my shower and took over 10 minutes to get hot. I’m not sure what’s wrong, but until it gets fixed, I would suggest staying somewhere else.
The hotel lobby was always extremely hot. The hallways, elevators and room had foul odors. One of my business partners found cockroaches in his room and had move rooms. The eggs were cold in morning at 630 when just opened up.
