Grand Nar Hotel ADULT ONLY - All Inclusive

Don't know why this hotel has so many negative reviews basically you get what you pay for. Our room was spacious and very clean. Housekeepers here every day and very helpful if you run out of anything. The pool was brilliant and cleaned every morning. Food a bit repetitive as all-inclusive tend to be. The staff very friendly and helpful ,the town centre is a ten min walk but the hotel provides a free shuttle 4 times a day when heading to private hotel beach. I really enjoyed everything especially SPA service. I booked 7 medical massage and Ahmed and Ferdinand are best professional massage therapists I ever experienced. I tried massage in different countries and here is best 5 star massage and good price. The only thing I would like hotel to improve is find a way to get rid of flies.

Very friendly staff. My mother had a birthday and the hotel staff made a special cake for her, she was very happy! Nice meals. Everything seemed to work very well.

Maybe you leave some cold dinner for people who arrive after the dinner is over.

Cheap budget accommodation all inclusive with mostly russian tourists.

Too many flies in the mess room, small tv, staff spoke poor english.

Do not book this hotel. The hotel is not all inclusive. Food is slop everyday full of flys you best bring a pool towel too. You have to pay for WiFi and pool towels. There are no shops or bars around. Drinks are only red wine or white tastes like vinegar or watered down beer. No spirits at all unless you pay 5 euro a shot. There is no labels on the food and everyday its left overs mixed and minced up to soup please save your money and change hotels. It is so bad.

It is not all inclusive. You have to pay for WiFi. Pool towels too. The food is disgusting slop. Not even a sign saying what the soup is because they make up from the leftovers. It's hamburger fir lunch then what's left over they slice up and put in gravy for evening meal that is everyday. Salad is slop and they even put cold sprouts from day before with mayonaise on the next day. 1 day out of 8 we got chicjen drumsticks that is the only edible meat we had in 7 nights. No food is covered and it's full of flys. Alcohol drinks are red or white wine tastes like vinegar or beer, no local spirits at all. It is miles from anywhere no entertainment and closes diwn at 10. The beach is not the same beach shown on pictures unless you want to spend another 40 dollars for the beds and you can't even get a drink of water. You have to pay for any drinks and food at the beach. Its not worth the 10 to 15 min trip down. The rooms are very dated and just got clean towels twice during our stay. I could have coped with the room had the rest of the holiday been worth staying. The pool got cleaned once in 7 days and there is moss growing inside the small pool area. Tbh the hotel is 1 star do not go or you will so upset. Its disgusting nothing at all good about it. Closest mini market is a ten min walk but there are no bars or shops close. Save your money cancel and choose a different hotel. On arrival refused the room given it smelt of cat urine so did the second one eventually we were given a room that was OK. I asked for mayonnaise 1 day and below us a picture of the bottle I was given it had clearly been used for tomato ketchup maybe a week before. It came straight out of the kitchen I felt sick at the sight of it the bottle had not been cleaned in weeks, and dread to think what the actual kitchen looks like.

After reading the poor and hysterical reviews I was excited to go. The hotel as I suspected was perfectly nice, clean and quite. Noone bothers you there. Location is good, near the forest. Everything is in the walking distance in Kemer anyway.

Myself and my mother had a good budget break at this small hotel. Everything was functional and clean. Food was tasty and plentiful, just not masses of choice. Room had everything you need, beds were comfortable although the room cleaner was very miserable, bordering on rude. The staff in general were lovely, friendly and efficiency. We stayed for 8 nights and paid just under £500 for both of us including luggage and private transfers, well worth it

We spent a very nice holiday in this tiny hotel, the service was so friendly and professional! I recommend it especially to people who like peace, the hotel is located near the forest,there is a spa inside that is worth visiting.I think we'll go back there someday.
