Grand Nar Hotel ADULT ONLY - All Inclusive

STAY AWAY FROM HERE!! I flew from England London. Absolute poor quality ‘resort’. I have so much to say but I just can’t remember all of them the moment I stepped into this place I knew I regret it. Reception does not speak English nor is the customer service any good. I booked an all inclusive hotel, but must say there’s no one there to serve your drinks and to top it off you’re not allowed to leave with your towel to to the Spa downstairs unless you’re looking to get shouted at like you’re in school, at no point did they mention im not allowed to take the towel out the room. Regards to the rooms absolute rubbish, very depressing and the toilet is a joke. When you run your bath water. The water will fall everywhere but into the tub it’s broken. I stayed for four nights not once did anyone come to clean my room. You are only allowed two toilet rolls for four nights. All inclusive food is horrific throughout my state I think I only ate once or twice there as the food was so bland and not much to choose from. I didn’t even bother jumping into the pool as there is no filter to clean the water, but every morning I observed they were Just throwing some kind of chemicals in there. I’m assuming it’s chlorine. The only good thing about this place is this Spa to be honest it’s quite rundown but the two men that are running it are awesome. However if you’re a female and you want a female masseuse you’re out of luck. The location could be much better. It’s in the middle of nowhere you’re nearest supermarket is about 15 - 20 minute walk. The beach is about 25 minutes walk but most of them are private beaches so you have to pay to use them. I have been in Antalya Turkey before, but I will never book this again! I hate giving bad reviews but honestly do not want anyone else to go through what I went through. I just had to make my holiday enjoyable from my excursions and just look at this place as a place to sleep. The settings are very gloomy as they never turn the lights on they get by using daylight to lighten up the lobby. So once the Sun goes down, it’s more or less quite dark around the lobby and reception area.

Not the best hotel but the reviews on here are exaggerating. The reception staff are lovely but the bar staff are grumpy as hell. Cleanliness and food need to be improved… a lot!! I wouldn’t call what they provide a gym… everything was broken and dirty… but again, the people who work here are not to blame. The reception staff and cleaners are really lovely. It just really feels like you’re slumming it! The hotel pets are really cute, but they need a wash and are covered in fleas :(

Miserable staff disgusting reheated food I was sick continuously from day 2 I asked love holidays to help me move they refused. All inclusive but had to pay for anything apart from flat beer and warm wine Staff favour other countries over English Several people came and chose to leave rather than stay Pool dirty first holiday I haven’t entered the pool Wi-Fi is a euro a day each device I paid 27 euro and when I came to leave with my transfer they refused to let me go as stated I owed 3 euro they got aggressive and made me leave my expensive headphones as payment.. I have all this and more on video I will be taking this as far as I can and publishing it everywhere unless I am fully refunded. I’ve lost a lot of weight and have returned home very poorly.

Do not rely on the awful reviews of this place we had a cheap holiday and got a cheap hotel. Limited food choices but it was fresh and restaurant area was clean. Comments made about staff we did not find to be true, they were all pleasant and helpful if you were polite. There were people there when we were who were not happy but if you want 5* service pay for a 5* hotel!

Please read all reviews, do not book or go to this hotel. Food is terrible nothing for kids or labelled for allergies. Also drug dealing whilst having dinner, hotel has freshly painted rooms but one wall has so much undesirable things dripping down. Not anywhere near things how they do a shuttle bus. Book at your risk

The food was good.

I booked it because it said it was beachfront. It was not. I informed reception and they omitted beachfront from their description. They advertise evening entertainment, (kareoke, themed nights and live music). There was none. I raised this with reception and was told, “not in October “. This is not stated on their description. One prospective customer on booking.com site asked what alcoholic drinks were inclusive. Their reply gave a list. In reality it’s only local wine and beer. When I challenged this at reception they said that the comment was from 2022. They need to make it clear that the drinks are not available now

This hotel doesn't deserve a 1 star if I had the option it would be -10. The was mould all around in the bath room, the net curtains where ripped, I booked a double bed and got 2 single was told they don't do double beds to find out they do. When I said all inclusive only if you like beer, wine, coffee and soft drinks. The food was unexpectable I eat out every night, there was no name tags on the food so you had no idea what you was eating. Don't go to the beach all of the sun loungers was covered in mud. This hotel didn't have any customer service, all the staff was rude, except the ladies behind reception.. the staff had a number of arguemnets in front of the guests, unprofessional. This hotel should be taken of and not be sold as a holiday

The hotel is no where near a 4star 1 star the most . The food is terrible and there’s no Choice with reused food being years from Previous night and day. The cleanliness off the rooms to the pool with mold and broken ladders in the pool to cigarette smell embedded into the rooms. The theft of your property and no help from anyone to making a report or even love holiday reps being there is shocking. The bar staff are rude and it’s not all inclusive at all.
