Grand Nar Hotel ADULT ONLY - All Inclusive

Absolutely shocking, food not tailored for all mainly Eastern European (food reused from dinner lunch then evening meal then on the cold selection days after, stray dogs and cats all over, I was put on ground floor no lock on patio door the safe wasn't attached to wall, beds all sunk in and I had to use pillows to prop it up, and pool is a death trap I had an accident the staff didn't know what to do

NO from start. Rude people,very poor hygiene, poor food, poor alcohol, the noise after 10:00 OMG!!! The list can continue... Nobody give a damn there. I don't know what the management is doing but nobody like to have a frappy holiday staying in stress. Good luck in future, maybe maybe...

Terrible place to stay. Staff rude, we were given a room totally different room from what we booked, when speaking to reception not very interested in resolving the issues. Room had no power when we arrived, smelt of cigaretre smoke for 4 days, room door didn't lock on first attemp to close every time. All inclusive - food very basic, no signage to say what the food was and no allergen info. Only alcohol available on all inclusive was beer and wine! Shocking selections. The room was old, tired, dirty, single blanket on a double bed, missing bed side lamp making the room very dark in the evening, holes in wall, mouldy silicone and grout in the bathroom, shower curtain filthy and full of holes, shower head also broken which took 2 days for them to fix.... obviously broken for a long time as bathroom ceiling was stained and paint was peeling off. Service card put on the door 2 days and room not cleaned, 1 day the bin was emptied, the next the bed was changed, no proper cleaning whatsoever and all bathroom chrome was tarnished and water marked. Dirty laundry trolley parked outside our room blocking fire stairs every evening and full of dirty linen, bedroom corridors not cleaned either. Location is in the middle of nowhere where so you have to take take taxi's everywhere, no entertainment what so ever.

hotell workers very nice and helpsom .The girl who workd there i guess from Ukrain or belarus . She was rude . The hotel is 2 star but The transfer to beach was very good. So it makes hotel 3 star. Foods were ok. No meat 😅 they use soya so it look like meat 🙂.but salat and bread were fresh. Cleaning the room were poor. One guy swim in the pool with his underwear and hotel staff didnt said anything to him. So not a hotell for Family. Workers in the bar are very nice and good boys.

The services were good, the hotel was clean and the people were very friendly they tried so hard to make everyone feel well-come and happy with their work. They both worked very well as a team that everyone to feel pleased with their holidays. For example, I booked a double room with a double bed, but we got two single beds. I said the receptionist Leyla and Savaş to change the room, and they did . So everyone who bookes for the room needs to make sure what they are booking. Sometimes, because of the business, they can offer you whatever comes. But I stayed there for 15 days and I didn't accept that, so they changed it. So speak up. I sow the hotel's manager to clean the floor or the kitchen manager to collect the plates and clean the tables. They made sure, everyone's needs to be met , like family with little babies or with disabilities . I can't mention all the names, but some of them, like receptionist Savaş, Leyla, or Ahnet manager at the kitchen or the shuttle driver who tried to manage different jobs at hotel pluss driving

Shuttle service. I didn't like the timetable of the shuttle service for dropping and picking up people from the beach. Sometimes, people push each other to go into the shuttle. So They need to explain to everyone that the shuttle service can take everyone to the beach , so no need to push or overcrowded the shuttle.
