The hotel room was lovely with nice views of the lock. The reception staff were really helpful and polite. The hotel location was excellent. However ….. The car parking fee was more expensive than the Hilton’s at the O2 in London which was a surprise! The noisiest hotel during the night ever! Both Friday and Saturday nights we were woken frequently during the early hours of the morning by inconsiderate noisy people in the hallway. The hotel could do with some signs to remind people to be considerate and quiet during the night. Funnily enough on the Sunday evening when the weekend people had left it was much quieter! The Skybar on Sunday night was lovely. Saturday night it was a nightmare you couldn’t hold a conversation due to the DJ - didn’t think we would get a table to begin with as we didn’t have a reservation even though we were actually staying in the hotel unlike most people in the bar!

The Hilton Doubletree is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. The hotel excels in all areas, location, staff, amenities and the restaurant. Efficient check in, lovely communal areas and an immaculate bedroom. The bathroom was sparkling! I particularly liked the small details which make a stay more comfortable. A cookie on arrival, umbrellas for hire and takeout cups for hot drinks in the restaurant. Being able to open a window was also a bonus. Excellent!

The hotel is maintained to a high standard, great location, safe and clean.

Super friendly staff... great stay as usual

We treated ourselves to an overnight stay for husband’s birthday & we were very happy we did. Parking was easy, secure & reasonable for Leeds city centre at £21 for 24 hours. Check in was friendly & we were given a free room upgrade (thank you very much) to a king room on 11th floor. The room was a good size, with everything you needed including mini fridge with chilled bottles of water, safe, ironing board etc. Good lighting & powerful shower in the bathroom with pleasant toiletries. Bed was a little soft for us, but that is just personal preference. There was a nice room service menu which although we didn’t use it was good to know it was available. They also left us a nice card & vouchers for complimentary drinks at one of the bars. We were very impressed overall.

Excellent leisure stay at this hotel in September. Welcome was fantastic from Soph on reception, room was very good and bed particularly comfortable. Breakfast team were superb the following morning, really attentive to our needs and very good service. Great hotel, would definitely recommend!

Great location and friendly staff. We booked this hotel as it was at the very beginning of the Leeds Liverpool canal. We planned on cycling the canal from Skipton. After a day cycling we were taken to a secure underground carpark to store our bikes, for free. Our room was on the third floor with a great view of the canal. The room was very clean with all the amenities. Great nights sleep . The breakfast the next morning was a great selection of cereal, fruit,yogurt,breads, cheeses and meats. Cooked breakfast also included. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

We chose this hotel as it was close to the station. Ideal location. The receptionist who booked us in was so friendly. Our room was on the 3rd floor. It was clean, spacious and and added bonus for us, we could open a window, just enough to let fresh air in. A large wardrobe to hang your clothes, a safe and a fridge with bottled water. Nice bathroom with lovely toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap. The breakfasts were delicious, plenty of choice, continental, hot cooked food. Yoghurts, bread, bagels, croissants and other bakery items. You will not go hungry. I recommend this hotel without a doubt, and will stay here again the next time we visit Leeds. All staff we encountered were polite and friendly.
