Residence Inn by Marriott Portland Airport at Cascade Station

Verrry slow front desk who held lengthy “friendly “ conversations with people checking in even when others were waiting. Only one person was ever at front desk. I used Expedia to find a hotel with free parking. Then when we checked in we were charged &9/night for parking.

Fair room location was fair

I stayed two nights last week while in the area on business. It was much better than my last stay. The hotel is newly renovated. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast is decent. They are a 5 minute drive to the rental car garage/ airport. There is a Wendy’s, Chipotle, and Target practically in the parking lot. My go to airport hotel

My room was the cleanest I’ve ever seen any hotel and always kept my room with the fresh towels and sheets it was also very clean on the carpet and my counter tops were always cleaned with along with my dishes and everything was perfect 10/10. Susana was the best!!

At check in was informed of a visit limit of 5 people. Questioned my quest and had them sitting in the lobby. Supervisor of day very rude and room and bathroom not clean

The front desk person was amazing. Sadly, my flight was canceled due to the ice storm and I only was there for 45 minutes. Didn’t even use my room. Hoping for a refund and they said they would try. The staff is incredible. The rooms are beautiful and it has everything you need and super close to the airport For your flight.

I hate it when I book a regular king room and end up getting an accessible room. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. Ended up skipping a hot shower. Bummer. Room was huge.
