Lily and Madison could not have been nicer. We traveled all day and had an early morning flight the next morning. They made sure that we well accommodated and settled in. I am sure that they would have done this regardless of my status which makes their efforts all the more noteworthy. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

The staff at this place is amazing. Lilly at the front desk was more than super helpful. She really pushed my stay from a 4 star to a 5 star, since she is a star! The facility was everything I've come to expect from a Residence Inn. I found the room comfortable and clean. The breakfast was the usual fare, but the staff were super wonderful in taking care of the guest. I'll definately stay again when I'm in Portland

The people working here were so nice, and after some serious travel problems, the kindness of the folks here meant a lot. The breakfast/brunch was also phenomenal - really some of the best I’ve seen for anything close to the price pt. Our room was large, spacious and comfortable.

The location was great and the availability of coffee early in the morning.

They only serve turkey based products under the guise of being healthy while still serving heat and serve processed sandwiches. So overall the breakfast was less than satisfactory. The room furniture, sofa specifically was old, worn and uncomfortable.
