"Genuinely lovely guesthouse"

A beautiful guest house, the kind you see in movies. The word 'authentic' comes to mind, as the staff and house were so charming and in keeping with the whole experience of York. The room was beautifully kept and presented. Breakfast was cooked to order and great each time, with the chef coming personally to speak to us each day to make sure the food was excellent (it was).

"Loved our stay, very comfortable bed and everywhere was exceptionally clean."

The Guest House was exceptionally clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was lovely, with a good selection. Very comfortable bed.

The TV wasn’t always working properly.
