"Great accommodation"

The accommodation was easy to find . It was. very central to shops . I know the area well due to extended family living close by so was familiar with it . The instructions were easy with a book with the WiFi code etc and the management made our stay a very pleasant one . There was little noise at night which was an added bonus and the beds are very comfy . The breakfast had a good variety aswell . We will be back

"Exceptional B&B"

We just loved everything about our stay! The attention to detail the cleanliness the staff and the owner all made us feel so welcome breakfast was amazing with a superb selection we would highly recommend this B&B and we will definitely pay a return visit in the future!

Close to the sea and shops. Pretty, with hanging baskets, free parking , sitting room, marvellous choice for breakfast, quiet, a spirit of generosity reflected in the room’s toiletries, fluffy towels, room refreshments and breakfast choices

"Lovely surprise"

Hardly a surprise it was lovely given the same family been running it for so long. Must be doing something right eh... Friendly welcome and lovely staff very accommodating and helpful bed and room was comfortable and homely everything you could ask for.

Nothing not to like little gem and if staying in Clacton again will definitely look to stay here and recommend to others.

"A warm welcome and all you could possibly need for a relaxing stay."

Spotlessly clean, warm and cosy, very comfortable, included a small sofa and mini fridge. Numerous additional touches to make it extra special e.g. bottled water, fresh coffee bags and snacks.

Couldn't fault it, excellent value.
