A pleasant room, with a four poster bed, an enormous bathroom, and a walk in wardrobe area. It also has an extractor fan for the kitchen between the bedroom and kitchen window

Friendly welcome, lovely clean front facing room. Lovely breakfast. Lighting bit dim and no heating in bathroom - my only slight criticism. Loved the neighbouring church bells Sunday morning

Staff were lovely. Dining room full of character. Room lovely apart from noise of extractor fan possibly from kitchen as there was a frying smell. This didn't spoil a lovely stay. The staff were just lovely!

Room in poor condition and wouldn't stay here again. Black mould on windows and room very dated.

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Lovely old 13th century building - very creaky floor boards.The staff are excellent-very happy to help.Our satnav had problems with the Post Code id- spent ages in the pouring rain and dark trying to find the hotel.Food is excellent.

complete comfort, superb food and attentive team. consider this little gem a fantastic value for money find. loved everything about it, well done.

We booked for only one night but the experience was memorable could do with a bit of a refurb.
