Very quick stay before an early start. Facilities were lovely though. Didn't sample breakfast as we left at 4.30am.

Super nice folks, all you can eat big breakfast. Walls are thin so you hear your neighbors.

My stay was very short but it wasn't a problem to check in post midnight! The room, facilities were clean and comfortable. The full English breakfast was my highlight, served by the super friendly owners in a laid back common (restaurant/pub) had a lovely atmosphere.

Great quiet location. Nice warm welcome from David and a good sized, clean, tidy room. Bed was comfortable, to be honest? No real complaints at all. Really enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was AMAZING!!! I've stayed in some B&B's were you get a mere mouthful of tasteless, value food then ushered out the door... Not here. My plate was full with loveliness!! All cooked by the lovely Liz. I was set up for the entire day and still did not feel hungry at all, even by the time I arrived home at 6pm I was still content. It really was that good!! If I had to be "really" picky, (Yes, I do mean REALLY picky!!!) I did have a few problems with the internet, (Connecting to main company works server and outlook exchanges) but no major problems and still a good signal. To be truthful it was a great excuse not to do any major work and enjoy some chill out time. The occasional flight passed over heading towards Stansted airport and the Peacocks on site made the occasional squawk. I still slept very well throughout my stay here. As Arnie would say... "I'll be back!" ...and I look forward to it!!!

David and Liz are very friendly and excellent hosts... We loved the sheep, peacocks, Dog/Milo and the lovely 19 year old cat.

Great B&B located in the countryside on a farm. The family runned business is cute, local, and the hosts are very nice. Breakfast is served on property from fresh ingredients and is made to order so you can customize what you want. There are sheep, ram, dogs, pigs, peacocks, and a fishing pond on property. The peacocks were noisy throughout the day and night which was loud due to opening the windows to cool down the room. The rooms have comfortable beds, parking spots outside the doors, shower room, desk, and wardrobe. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway this is a great location. The nearest town is 15 minute drive.
