"Blatches Farm "

The owners David and his wife are very welcoming. Room with large ensuite just the job. And a great breakfast to set you up for the day this is my 2nd stay and would recommend to anyone

"Lovely place and friendly staff. "

We arrived late due to the snow and was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who we now believe to be David Walsh the owner of this B&B. The room was nicely decorated, clean and warm. Breakfast had plenty of choice and was beautiful. We will definitely be back. Thank you David and Liz for your hospitality a great find for us as our son has moved to Great Leighs so your B&B will be a place for us to stay. Thank you Allison and John

"Near Stansted airport, but very quiet Good access"

Very pleasant, family run business. Large rooms but bathroom was a little small. Excellent breakfast and good access to major road network or lazy country road exploring.

Really nice room, with plenty of space and huge bed an shower. Friendly welcome on arrival. Breakfast was good, although could have been a little hotter. Also, it wasn't quite clear when we arrived in the breakfast room how things worked and there was no menu. We opted for the full English but wasn't told exactly what it comprised of. Turned out to be 2 of everything! It was delicious but we would have been happy with 1 of everything. I was presented with a mug of tea which for me wasn't strong enough. I would have preferred to take the tea bag out myself or have a pot so I could let it brew for as long as I wanted. These are minor niggles however, and we would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

"Country stay"
