"Always a very comfortable stay!"

My first visit back after not travelling throughout the pandemic and my stay was as enjoyable as it always has been. The food is great, especially breakfast and the rooms are fab! The only thing missing was the little bus shaped tin of toffees that used to be in the rooms (a sucker for a sweet after dinner)!

"Good accommodation, excellent dinner and breakfast"

Friendly and safe stay given the current circumstances. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Shame the restaurant is closed on Sunday evenings. Room was a bit small for the price and would have been even more so for a couple. Stayed for 4 nights and clothes storage (particular) hanging space was limited. Excellent shower and toiletries provided.

"One night at The Castle"

Very pleasant stay again at The Castle. Clean ,comfortable room. Thoroughly enjoyed my evening meal & hearty breakfast the next day. Top marks for the staff , all extremely friendly & courteous. Will stay again.

great hotel , very warming and nothing a problem . we had evening meals and breakfast and all 100% credit to all the staff . we will be making this our hotel when we in the area .
